It has exclusive access to a large lawn and access to a larger open space in common with two other huts. There are games for children, including a spacious tree house. The hut, completely renovated in 2022, is located at 1430 meters. It is placed along the European trail E5 and it is close to a rich network of trails perfect for trekking and e-mountain bike.

The house is well connected to the public (bus stop 2 minutes on foot) and is ideally located for tours on the Villanderer Alm and throughout South Tyrol.

The 2026 Olympic cross-country skiing venue (Fleim Valley - Val di Fiemme) is about 80 km away and also easy to reach by public transport. The house is built in traditional solid wood construction and instantly puts you in a holiday mood. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a shower, and in the (honeymoon) room upstairs, you’ll find a private WC with a washbasin.
