Quietly located, with private access and balcony, you can relax here or you can be in the city very quickly. It is just a few minutes' drive to Klinikum Wetzlar or Leica-Welt and just 200 meters to the nearest bus stop. The apartment is about 45 square meters and consists of a bedroom with double bed (180 cm wide), a living/dining room as well as kitchen, bathroom and hallway

Das Apartment liegt im EG eines ehemaligen Hotels und wurde 2017/18 komplett renoviert. Bis in Wetzlar's Stadtmitte sind es ca. 3km. Gaststätte/Restaurant mit schönem Biergarten in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca 900 mtr. Ein eigener Parkplatz, sowie kostenfreies W-Lan sind selbstverständlich vorhanden. Für Anreisen nach 21 Uhr steht Ihnen unser Keyboy zu Verfügung. Das Apartment ist mit einer "Junior Suite" in einem Hotel vergleichbar. Privatsphäre ist garantiert.

Centrally located apartment in Wetzlar

The ground floor apartment (small staircase to the front door) is located in an old brick house and is ideal for cyclists, hikers, city tourists and business people. There is a good highway connection (2.5 km), the train station is about 1.5 km away and bus stops can be reached in one to five minutes. The old town is about 7 minutes' walk away. The apartment (non-smoking apartment!) has a large terrace overlooking the garden (private), a small grill is available.

Our apartment (about 35 square meters) is centrally located in the center of the historic old town of Butzbach, the pearl of the Wetterau. The medieval market square with its historic half-timbered houses is one of the most beautiful in Germany. The apartment has a separate entrance with video intercom. The central location makes it easy to reach all the shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The train station is a 3-minute walk away.

Cozy apartment with kitchenette and shower room on the 2nd floor of our house. The apartment was completed in 2023 and is modernly furnished. The fully equipped kitchen has cooking facilities, a coffee machine and a dishwasher. If required, a separate children's travel cot, high chair and much more can be provided. Parking is available directly in front of the house. The apartment is suitable for 2 adults and 1 child.

We rent a beautiful, cozy vacation home. The vacation home is located on the grounds of the former Grube Maria directly on the edge of the forest. A little off the main building. Thanks to the high-quality amenities and some extras such as infrared cabin, wood-burning stove, sauna with outdoor shower, large terrace overlooking the forest and much more, our vacation home is the ideal place for rest and relaxation.

For short breaks (cyclists/boaters) who want to stay one or two nights at short notice. Simple equipment, single kitchen, shower and toilet on the first floor, upstairs bedroom with double bed. A roll mattress can be used for children. No TV, no closet. Located one street from the Lahn. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.

The apartment is located in the basement of our family home in a very quiet location. Enjoy the garden and unwind while watching the fish in the garden pond. The separate entrance gives you private access. You are also welcome to grill. We are happy to provide you with the grill.
