De accommodatie is duurzaam (nauwelijks gasgebruik) en voorzien van airconditioning in living + slaapkamers. In de wintermaanden kan daarmee verwarmd worden. Er is een laadpaal voor het laden van de elektrische auto (kostprijs).

Er is ruime (gratis!) parkeergelegenheid. Je huurt de gehele bovenwoning en deel van de onderwoning met eigen keuken, woonkamer, badkamers, wc's en fijne tuin.
