It is located on the edge of a small idyllic vacation home settlement. The house was completely renovated and newly designed with a lot of love. Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

Large cottage in Schuld an der Ahr! Our rustic house was built in 1870. It is very nicely renovated, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The house can accommodate up to approx. 20 people. There are six bedrooms. On the terrace/garden (about 50 m²) with great views over the Eifel and the Ahr, you can let the evening sun shine in your face or use the outdoor sauna and the hot tub (hot tub/bathtub) at about 40 degrees water temperature.

Modern design meets history. The listed house stands, surrounded by vineyards, in the Steeg district directly below Stahleck Castle. This unique place has a style all its own: ecological materials such as clay and wood give the house a unique flair and an unsurpassed indoor climate. The half-timbered house, built in 1622, is modernly furnished. A wood and pellet stove creates a special evening feel-good atmosphere.
