The 80 m² and over 100-year-old vacation home "Mooiplekje" is idyllically and very quietly located on the edge of a small settlement in the countryside. It has its own garden, is lovingly and high-quality furnished, at ground level and equipped with floor heating. It is the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours. 4 km from the center of Bad Bentheim and 4 km from the Dutch border, you can start directly on the sandstone route from here. Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. You have access to a fully furnished house with 2 terraces and garden. There is parking and the possibility to store and charge bicycles. Nearby are many cycling and hiking trails. In the house there are regional books, thrillers and games that you can use.

A detached, light-flooded house with a large garden awaits you, right on the edge of the forest, on a hillside, with a very large south-facing terrace overlooking the fields, in a quiet location. Our house has been built on 2 levels. The living room, dining room (conservatory), and the large terrace are on the lower level and with a height difference of 3 steps is the kitchen, the two small bedrooms, bathroom, utility room and the entrance.

The lake lodge is located directly on the lake and perfectly combines the features of a cozy Scandinavian-style house with the amenities of a modern equipped accommodation with exclusive and luxurious highlights. The sauna, hot tub and fireplace offer relaxation. One of our highlights is the loft net, which allows a view over the lake. The vacation home has 2 bedrooms with box spring beds. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed.

Due to wheather influences the look and feel will change over the years. Located in the rural area of Twente and close to the city Enschede. The border to Germany is marked with ancient border stones and at the end of the road.
