Modern bathroom with corner bath and rain shower, washer use, small garage. Relax in the outdoor seating area outside the house. They are right in the middle of the historic old town and still sleep quietly.

Whether you want to relax in the large comfortable bed while watching your favorite TV show or work at your own desk. A modern bathroom and terrace perfectly rounds out your apartment. Your kitchenette includes: Dishwasher, microwave with grill function, 2-person ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with 3* ice compartment and all essential utensils such as pots, pans, dishes and much more.

The subway runs right in the front of the house, directly to the airport and the centra train station. Can't be more central. The heart of Stuttgart is 10 mm on foot and 5 mm by subway . The spacious Apartment overlooks a terrace with a direct view to the large Garden. I speak fluent English and French.
