Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

A70, A7 and A3 - each 15 km, Würzburg, Kitzingen and Schweinfurt each 23 km Our very curious, not castrated, cuddly Golden Retriever, who lives with us the rest of the house, is allowed to move freely in the garden and will want to welcome you more often! Holiday home right by the river

Modern penthouse, private entrance, self contained, at the outskirts of Wipfeld. Big garden, hilltop, with great view on the water, Mainwiesen and orchards. A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.

Due to the current situation, we have developed a hygiene concept. Swimming, hiking, cycling, theater, city tours and stress-free shopping, in the middle of the spa districts of the Rhön, Haßbergen and the Schweinfurt Uplands. Your physical well-being is well taken care of in our region.

With us you can relax in a lovingly furnished apartment overlooking the garden, enjoy the sun on the balcony and listen to the birds chirping. After a walk through the beautiful nature, a comfortable couch invites you to relax and watch TV and recharge at night in the cozy wide double bed. The apartment is in a quiet location near the city center (walking distance: 10 minutes). The apartment is closed and has a separate entrance. You have the option to prepare small meals, coffee or tea in the single kitchen. The outdoor seating is welcome to be used, as well as a grill is available (please ask), lawn use is not a problem.

Experience the comfort of our charming apartment, where we reside ourselves. Equipped with a Nespresso machine, smart TV and Wi-Fi, it offers all the amenities for a pleasant stay. Our new building in Sommerach offers self-catering guests a fully equipped kitchen including A table with chairs is available indoors and outdoors on the terrace. The 160 cm wide cozy double bed ensures a pleasant night's rest. The old town is a 5-minute walk away.
