s'Ferienhaus ist ein besonderer Ort. Es soll ein Zuhause für viele sein. Ein Zuhause für Gäste, die mit ihren Liebsten neue Erinnerungen schaffen wollen, Gäste, die schönes Design lieben, Gäste, die gerne in der Natur unterwegs sind, aber auch Gäste, die gutes Essen lieben. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend – ein Ort der Erholung. Partys oder laute Feiern sind daher nicht erlaubt, damit die besondere Atmosphäre und das gute Miteinander mit den Nachbarn gewahrt bleiben.

Through large panoramic windows you can be tickled by the sun as you wake up and watch the moonlight in the evening with a glass of wine. Enjoy the breathtaking mountain panorama from every room, which you can only get with us! The "all inclusive" apartment for 2 to 6 people is integrated into our modern wooden construction. We look forward to the visits of new people as well as old friends and are available to all guests with advice and assistance in planning and implementing tours!

Idyllic Appenzell vacation home with garden

Our cottage is surrounded by nature, quiet and on the Alpstein hiking trail In the garden, there is a cozy sitting lounge, a large fireplace and the garden shower for cooling off. The magnificent views and the Alpine feeling can be particularly well enjoyed from the bench on the forecourt. Inside it is beautifully and cozily furnished, with a tiled stove and wood-burning stove, a cozy living room and a spacious dining table. Everything is fully furnished and ready for guests :)

We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)
