Holiday rentals with breakfast in Schwarzwald-Baar

Tiphaine was a brilliant host, great communication and incredible friendly. Along with her daughters she welcomed our family and provided some added Easter surprises. The property was very cosy, with a nice outside space, and well appointed. The location is great giving you the option to head into France or cross the border into Germany and explore the Black Forest. Will definitely look to visit again.

Sometimes there are places that are special in a very quiet way...that's exactly how we experienced this accommodation. Tastefully furnished, with great attention to detail, immaculately clean and an atmosphere that immediately conveys peace and arrival. The rooms radiate a soothing clarity and warmth, everything was well thought out, very well maintained and let us relax from the first moment. Just the thing to escape everyday life for a few days. A real highlight was the breakfast - lovingly arranged, high quality and with small, fine details that made every morning something special. So the day begins with pleasure and good spirits. the environment and privacy, a dream! We recommend staying with the family. Keßler warmly and would be happy to come back.

Raya's place was terrific. I could not have been more convenient, located right on the river. It was a great spot to stay for Fasnacht! Additionally, Raya was a very responsive and thoughtful host and that made things easy for me.

A very pleasant stay as part of our wedding! We came to spend 3 nights as a couple and it was really great to be able to relax in the jacuzzi! A little useful info: there are blackout Venetian blinds but no shutters, so if you need complete darkness, think about an eye mask. 😅

The breakfast is good and the accommodation is recommended.

Andreas was very friendly and accommodating. He was very helpful. Very quiet area with lots of nature. Fishing pond nearby. During the ascent, some restaurants were closed. We were allowed to cook a fine menu from his food. We were tired from cycling and enjoyed not having to go to a restaurant. Thank you very much Andreas. :-)

Rooms and bathrooms very clean, rich breakfast in a pleasant breakfast room, which also serves as a café. Friendly host, communicative and flexible. Highly recommended.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation, it was very clean, cozy and beautiful. From the accommodation, you can quickly reach Europa Park.

Beautiful apartment at a great location. The place is 11 minutes walk or tram ride from the Basel SBB station. I received a Basel card from Violet before check in so I didn’t need to pay for public transport during my stay. Basel is a very walkable city and this apartment is close to everything. Nespresso machine and the complementary capsules are a plus. Bed is very comfortable. I stayed a few nights in February, the apartment was warm but I was glad I had slippers with me as the floor was cold for me. I would stay here again.

A large apartment decorated with originality, in a very quiet complex, Strasbourg easily accessible by bus. Agathe, our Host was very accommodating and available. A place to remember.

Irene is a very friendly and accommodating host. The reception was very welcoming. The apartment is very well equipped and in the fully equipped kitchen there is always something fresh to welcome you. That's great. We will book again and highly recommend the apartment!

Loved our stay! Michel is very welcoming, accommodating, and we felt at home right away. We really enjoyed the pastries and baguette left at our door every morning, the essentials for breakfast in the fridge (butter, milk, apple juice, other drinks and even homemade jam!), and just Michel's kindness. He even helped me with my suitcase to go up and down the stairs☺️. The apartment itself is very cute and cozy. It's big and it was cool despite the fact that it was warmer than normal for April, which was great! Its location is ideal, on a quiet street but close to everything (restaurants, cafes etc.). I would say the only downside is really minimal: adjusting the shower water temperature takes some time. It quickly changes from hot to cold when you try to adjust it so you have to go slowly. We would highly recommend!!

My family had a great stay at Pamela & Juliet’s. Their home was spotless and exactly as described. There is ample space, the kitchen is large and appliances were all clean and functional. The bathroom shower is very nice, the separate toilet offers great privacy. My daughters slept in the bunk room, this worked well as they sleep later than the rest of us. The new windows were lovely to open over night for fresh air. Thank you for hosting us!

This was a charming and very cozy stay in the most vibrant area of Strasbourg. The place is perfect as a base for exploring, the neighborhood is great, and the apartment is absolutely sufficient. It’s also very near everything you’ll need (the host gave us a great recommendation for excellent coffee) . Definitely recommend for a short stay!

We had a very friendly welcome by Catherine and Didier, they showed great helpfulness and were always available for inquiries or problems. Breakfast was great and plentiful, the kitchen is small but equipped with everything important, we felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, the apartment is very close to the busy thoroughfare, but thanks to very good soundproofed windows you don't hear about it and the air conditioning ensures a pleasant indoor climate. Highly recommended overall!

We enjoyed the beautiful room in the house of Guenter and Rolf. It was 20 minutes away by bike from Europapark and we were allowed to borrow a bike. We felt very much at home, very welcoming, and it was very clean. They were both really super nice, also for my twelve-year-old son, who felt very welcome. Recommended!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, close to the train station. The host was friendly and responsive, waiting for our late check in. Highly recommended!

Corinne was a magnificent host going out of her way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Her home is beautifully furnished and the location is within walking distance of the old city. The breakfast Corinne provided was delicious. Highly recommend Corinne’s home you will not be disappointed.

I felt very comfortable with Anita. Unfortunately, the weather and my schedule were not such that I could have enjoyed the rustic garden more. Due to the beautiful room and cozy house, the friendly welcome and courteous manner, I had a really good time in Weil am Rhein and Basel.

We stayed two nights in Bärbel's beautiful house. The house is in a very quiet place, yet not far from the center of Freiburg, which is easily accessible. Breakfast was excellent; in particular, we appreciated the homemade jam made by the owner. Bärbel was very hospitable and even accompanied us to the Freiburg train station on the day of our departure.

Grégory is an excellent host and takes time for his guests. He also speaks several languages, which is quite helpful if you do not speak French. Everything was spotlessly clean and Grégory even prepared an excellent breakfast for me. I highly recommend a stay with Grégory, you will not regret it. Will be back!

Frédéric welcomed us very warmly, the room was spotless as well as the bathroom, breakfast was full of small homemade touches. It was perfect, we'll be back!

Bea is a wonderful host! She is kind and friendly and makes sure that her guests have all they need! She offered us a drink after we arrived and even made us a traditional Swiss breakfast on the day we left! It was delicious! We were only there for one night so that we could catch a flight in Zurich the next morning, and it was perfect for us! Her neighborhood is very close to the bus stop and then it’s 10 minutes to the airport. We had a very pleasant time and good conversation! If you’re looking for something close to the airport, this is a great option!
