Monthly Rentals in Schwaz

We rented an apartment for Christmas. The apartments correspond to the description, the apartment has everything you need for life, parking next to the house. The apartments are impeccably clean, clean linen, towels, and all the necessary utensils for cooking. Very beautiful surroundings - very quiet, you can walk, nearby ski resorts, Innsbruck. Very attentive and responsive hosts - local recommendations, filled out a form for the child so that the child could study at a children's ski school for free. It was one of our best and most memorable trips! We will definitely come back again, we really enjoyed it!

This was a perfect apartment, exactly as described, spotlessly clean and conveniently situated. The on site parking and the sunny outdoor space was particularly appreciated. It’s easy to get to Innsbruck, Achensee or further afield. We loved it and hope to return soon.

The stay with Caroline and Jana was great. The apartment is beautifully located on the hillside, with great views from the terrace. Everything was as you would wish and imagined from the pictures and description. The communication was fast and always helpful. Caroline and Jana are very likeable. I can only recommend it.

The stay was really great! Everything perfect, quiet location and negative with the underground parking. Everything is super fast to reach (bakery, spa, Hofer, DM, gas station) the highway is also in the immediate vicinity. I'd love to come back!
