Surrounded by couples, fields and old trees, you will directly experience peace and quiet as guests. The house combines historical natural materials with modern comforts such as underfloor heating and 100 Mbps fiber internet. In summer you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun under oaks, in winter the fireplace bursts for cozy warmth.

The vacation home was completed in 2018. It is located on a farm in the northernmost part of Gelsenkirchen. All attractions, such as Movie Park, Zoom Adventure World, Arena Auf Schalke, Alpine Center Bottrop, Atlantis Dorsten and many more can be reached quickly. Bakers, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies and doctors are within walking distance. Around our farm you will find grain, corn, potato fields and horse meadows where you can walk, or you can enjoy the tranquility on our terrace and relax.

Dear guests, we offer our lovingly renovated half-timbered house in the middle of the Sauerland for rent. The house has a courtyard that is at your disposal (incl. Parking). On the ground floor, there is an open kitchen and the living room area. On the 1st floor, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a study. Since we are partly still renovating, we ask you to take this into account. In case something is missing, we are happy to invite you to provide feedback.

The Müngsten Bridge or Castle Burg can be reached in a few minutes by car or in a few more minutes on foot :) Cologne and D-Dorf are also easy to reach! Small terrace in front of the front door.

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery, which can be viewed.

From this centrally located home, you'll be in all the important places in no time. City center, trade fair or Signal Iduna Park are only 10-20 minutes away. If you come with children, there is a possibility that you make a bed.... Süd train station and Aplerbeck TRAIN STATION are about a 10-minute walk away. The airport is about a 10-minute drive. Shopping and restaurants nearby . Perfect for experiencing a football game or exploring the city.

Cities such as Dortmund, Essen, Düsseldorf and Münster can be reached quickly, also by public transport.
