Thonon city center is 2.5 km away. Bus stop is 100 m from the apartment. Train station is a 20-minute walk away. Shops nearby and walking trails at the foot of the subdivision. The first ski slopes are 25 minutes away. Evian-les-Bains is 10 minutes away. Geneva 35 minutes away.

Single-story 50 m2 accommodation for 1–4 people, with private unfenced garden, located in Filly, (Sciez Haute-Savoie), in the heart of Chablais, close to Lake Geneva and the Alps, in a Provençal farmhouse-style house. Warning: electric car charging not possible. We provide bed linens and towels. We kindly ask guests who come in pairs to let us know if they need two beds. Without specification we will prepare the double bed in the bedroom.

Ideally located, close to the lake (beach 300 m away) and the city center (1.5 km) of Thonon and 30 minutes from the ski resorts of Portes du Soleil, Bernex, Thollon etc. Guests can enjoy a room (15 m²) to store their bikes or skis for example, and also a garden with barbecue and garden table. Private parking in the chalet's courtyard.
