Renovated with a lot of love for detail, 3 1/2 room apartment in the attic of a beautiful Engadine house in a quiet, central and sunny location. The village center of Scuol and the valley station of the Motta Naluns cable cars are only about a 15-minute walk away. 2 reserved parking spaces are in front of your own, separate house entrance. The large covered west terrace with dining table, lounge and sun island has a great panoramic view of the Lower Engadine mountains. In addition to the spacious lounger, you will also find a cozy lounge, which invites you to linger. After the extensive renovation, the apartment now shines in new splendor - from the ceilings to the new kitchen and bathroom has been extensively renovated, partly newly designed and newly furnished. The ultra-modern kitchen is perfectly equipped and leaves nothing to be desired (Nespresso coffee machine). In the bathroom you can enjoy a massage shower. Flat screen TV, hi-fi system and DVD player are self-evident as well as the free Wi-Fi. Studio newly built in 2022 (approx. 35 m², ground floor). The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).

The apartment, newly built in 2023 in the annex of a 100-year-old house, is located on the mezzanine floor and has a view of the Lower Engadine mountains. The charming apartment "Teja," furnished to a high standard, is ideal for 2 adults and equipped with all the comforts for a relaxing vacation in the mountains, e.g. dishwasher, Nespresso machine, underfloor heating, Internet Wi-Fi, large covered, west-facing loggia, washing machine and dryer, parking, also for electric car.

Das Haus liegt zwischen Dorfplatz und Kirche sehr zentral aber absolut ruhig. Die Wohnung im EG ist für 2 Personen. Eine Zentralheizung ist vorhanden, der Ofen in der Stüva kann zusätzlich mit Holz beheizt werden. In der grossen Wohnküche mit vollständiger Ausstattung können 4 Personen bequem am Tisch Platz nehmen. Von der angrenzenden Veranda gibt es einen schönen Blick nach Süden in die Berge.

You'll love my place because of the unique mineral water fountain in front of the house, the front courtyard with original Unterengadiner flair.
