Small town coastal vibes. It’s only 3 blocks to the pier and 9 blocks to the marina. We have plenty of room to park & wash boats on our two concrete drives w/ a hose. Our Internet is 100x100 and there are 3 TVs ready to stream. The deck looks right at San Antonio Bay and a tree shades it in the afternoon.

Friendly neighbors are helpful and knowledgeable about the area or you can go online to find restaurants and events. There are many outdoor activities in Lamar and Rockport ie., fishing, bird watching, going to the beach,shopping, etc. Local festivities include Sea Fair, Oyster Fest, Market Days, Lamardi Gras and more. Recently remodeled cottage off of Bay Ave, two house’s in. Bay view, not bay front. Includes three Smart Cast TV’s for entertainment, high speed internet, toaster, microwave and a Keurig coffee machine (pods not included). A washer and dryer is also on site for your convenience. Fenced in back yard for dogs! For those with boats, there is an easy access pull through driveway. We are located only blocks from the local boat ramp!

Whooping cranes ( Oct.-April) and 400 species of birds migrate and live in the area . Deer roam freely . Fishing and boat ramps along the water. State park is a peaceful walk. Rockport a short 9 miles ,lovely drive. No hammock at this time.
