What a wonderful stay for the second time at Gina & Rick’s place. Fantastic views and close to Parksville for shopping and beaches. Hosts always make you feel welcome and at home. Absolutely love this place and highly recommend!

The 2 bedroom condo was accurately described and matched the description in the listings. It was well furnished and sufficiently stocked with the basics to make meals at home. About 30 minutes from Nanaimo and 15 minutes to Parksville, it is in a fairly central location to explore the Island. The check-in process was stress-free and extremely straightforward: enter lobby, enter your suite. For those booking, just choose your suite carefully. The water view faces the marina, and the garden view gets you a parking lot view. We saved $200 by choosing the parking lot view but that afforded us easy access to our car from our walk out garden area... for those with families, we appreciated the easy access to the car and the money savings over the better views. What's not really mentioned is how spacious the suite is and how vaulted the ceilings are, like 12 or 15'+. This is easily the best Airbnb condo suite that we've booked. A+++ excellent suite and great value!

We stayed here for a week, and wished it could have been longer. The location and the view from the unit is absolutely beautiful; only a short drive into Parksville and Qualicum, as well as Nanaimo, and yet when you are staying here, you feel like you could be miles from anywhere. Lovely walking trails around, amazing beach and great facilities made this the perfect spot for us to base ourselves and explore the area. The unit itself is impeccable and had all the amenities one could need, and lots of thoughtful little details that made this a stay we will remember. We will definitely be back, and will be recommending this place to family and friends.

We liked our stay very much. The 3bedroom + 2bathrooms apartment with 3 beds was spacious and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 teens of different age and gender. And it was less expensive than a 3 stars hotel with only one room, one bathroom and 2 queen size beds we stayed last summer in Vancouver. The appartment has also additional, its own entrance from a cozy, greeny courtyard. So, the price was definitely reasonable for Vancouver. The location is also really beatiful and convenient, with the grocery stores аnd restaurants around the corner, the streets and courtyards around reminded me Europe... Hosts were super responsive - answered literally immediately. The only small issue for us was to find the entrance from the courtyard, but only because we arrived at 2AM, it was dark, and everything looked a bit differently from the detailed pictures provided by the hosts... Overall, I would recommend staying at the appartment and would stay there again!

Amazing view, perfect spot to have a relaxing weekend at the beach. Enjoyed the view from the living room and loved listening to the birds in the morning on the patio with our coffee. Beautiful spot!

The house is comfortable and beautifully decorated, with an amazing location to top it off. Barb was lovely to communicate with and was very responsive with any questions we had. Great for a girls weekend away or a family vacation, there is something for everyone. We will happily stay there again!

Absolutely in love with this place , beautiful interior, super comfortable bed, kitchen fully stocked with useful things for cooking lovers. Beautiful patio with the view, fire pit tanning beds, bbq. Electrical charger for the car was super useful. Also, we forgot a lot of things like picnic bag, beach blanket, Band-Aids, and even shaver. So they found all of this in the house. Thank you Perl for hosting us we definitely will be back

The perfect getaway. The house is well kept and fully equipped for a good weekend away. The hot tub, sauna, and water provide activities for all weather. The scenery is breathtaking—thank you for hosting can’t wait to come back!

The place was beautiful! Very spacious, we had lots of room for everyone. Having the beach so close was so amazing, my kids loved playing in the sand. The deck overlooking the property was breathtaking, especially with a morning coffee. Host had everything laid out nicely with lots of possible activities.

We had a fantastic stay at Christina’s place! The home was clean and very well-kept, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Christina was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The space itself is lovely, inviting, nicely decorated, and in a great location. The view from the living room is incredible and the sauna is a wonderful bonus. One of the most thoughtful touches was how welcoming it was for our friend’s dog, who came along. Christina even left a few dog-friendly extras that made a big difference. We’d absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommend!

This was my second time staying here. The hosts were just as kind this time as they were during our previous stay, and we truly appreciated their prompt responses to our questions and requests. The location is perfect for us, with easy access to both UBC and the downtown area. The suite is very spacious, and the five of us were able to stay comfortably. I would definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit Vancouver.

Penny's house in the west Vancouver area was a great place for our family vacation. It is easily walkable to many parks and the sea. The house has everything you would need to cook and a large kitchen. There are instructions on how to use many of the houses amenities. Overall it was a great place.

We stayed at Christi's for a family gathering. Myself, wife and 7 month year old in the guesthouse, and my Mum and Brother in the main. It was perfect set up. The place is so well put together. The outdoor eating area, lawn and views we're incredible. The proximity to stores and restaurants was excellent. Christi was always responsive when needed. We would most definitely stay here again.

Davin is a great host. Very responsive & flexible. His condo is in great location, well appointed, well equipped, and well maintained. We felt that it was a bit pricey.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The resort had great amenities and a short walk to the beach. The suite itself was clean and well stocked. My family was very comfortable during our stay.

We all enjoyed our stay in your amazing place. The furnishings were very cozy and nice. The views were amazing, and it was very well stocked and clean. We would love to return again, if we can. It was very spacious for our five family members, and loved that everyone had an actual bbed to sleep in. The hosts were very accommodating, kind , attentive and responsive. It was easy to find, and in a central location We would highly recommended.?

Shannon's place is so tranquil and peaceful which was just what we needed. The area is lovely for walking and the building is very quiet. We loved our 2 week stay here!

Stephen's place was exactly as pictured and described - better, in fact! His place was warm, welcoming, and comfortable. The views were beautiful, and the property was family friendly and also peaceful. Our family made so many memories at the pool, on the beach, watching the bunnies play, and settling into the cozy unit. Stephen was great to deal with - organized, responsive, and friendly. We would highly recommend a stay at his place! We hope to visit again :)

Seriously the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Incredibly clean, perfectly located (easy access from the parking lot AND perfect access to the pool/hot tub). They really thought of everything and fully stocked the unit. I was scattered while packing and forgot to pack a playpen for my toddler - they HAD a playpen! And it was clean! They also had a high chair - seriously everything you need is here. Can’t wait to go back.

Lee and Sally were great host with a lot of information. they were speedy at replies and very courteous! the space was a perfect goodbye Canada getaway for my Australian friend who was leaving. we appreciate that they opened their home to us for this occasion! I would definitely stay here again! - a group of 5 girls
