Very clear instructions on everything. Beautiful views. Cozy and quiet.

When we arrived the lawn needed cutting. Austin came over and worked into the evening to clean it up. Likewise, the wi-fi was spotty near the end of our stay but again Austin came over and made it right. Overall everyone had a great time and the place worked out well. If I need another place in Colorado Springs I will be sure that Austin is overseeing it.

I walked 10 minutes to get to my professional conference at the Broadmoor Hotel. It’s less expensive than the hotel rooms with more freedom and privacy, and with your own hot tub. I walked 15 minutes the other direction to a mountain canyon park, nature station, and a nice trail that follows a stream up the canyon. If you’re not a hiker, take any number of day trips by car to natural beauty and wonders. It’s in a pleasant wooded neighborhood with close neighbors on either side, but it feels very private. It has that rustic arts and crafts mountain cabin feel and is very clean and well maintained. Very comfortable bed. Deer were hanging out in the yard one day.

This has been my favorite Airbnb stay- ever. The setting is beautiful, neighborhood nice and the house exceeded expectations. 100% recommended. The hosts are a pleasure to meet and very helpful. I can't wait to return.

views are stunning and house had a private feel which we loved and it was far enough away from far city but still accessible. we enjoyed garden on the gods and manitou springs a lot and definetly recommend shelly and her home.

The remote check-in/out was very easy and I found it as a plus. The house was as pictured and described. Everything that you may need has been thought of and provided. The furnishings were plentiful and comfortable. The backyard is set up nicely. We had some windy and rainy conditions for our stay. This limited our outdoor time, but we were able to enjoy the fire pit and dining table. The basement game room was very nice was a great addition considering the weather. Multiple games of Ping-Pong were played as well as on the arcade machine. We would stay here again if available during future visits to the area.

The cabin was extremely peaceful but still close to the downtown restaurants and shops, as well as just a quick drive to Garden of the Gods and other trails. If in town, I will definitely stay here again.

A great centrally located place to explore Colorado Springs! We could walk to many restaurants, coffee shops, trails, and parks. The house was cute, the pups loved the backyard, and we really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time. We travel to Colorado to see our son and often it is running to planned outings. We relaxed for two days o enjoy the outdoors and one another. Best visit yet!

Such a peaceful place to stay. I loved visiting the horses, donkeys, pigs, barn cats and the wild ones that showed up to graze. The view with Pikes Peak in the background was gorgeous! Enjoy a cup of coffee with a relaxing view. It’s about 30 minutes to Monument, Elizabeth and Franktown. Had everything I could need to cook meals and sleep well in the bed. Beth‘s house is spotlessly clean and she was very quick to respond to any questions. The house is very spacious and was very comfortable. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. The neighborhood is in old Colorado city and walkable to the main shopping and restaurant area. We felt very safe in the area and it’s a friendly neighborhood. The off street parking was great. We loved sitting on the porch when we weren’t out and about or the patio, which is also very nice. It was without a doubt one of the best Airbnb‘s I have stayed at and would definitely stay again when visiting my daughter in Colorado Springs.

Beautiful place. The amenities were great and the neighborhood is peaceful and the location made for a great base to get around to the places we visited. I can’t say enough about how comfortable we felt and the peacefulness of the neighborhood. Looking forward to staying here next time we visit Colorado Springs.

This was our second time staying in this cute cottage. The neighborhood is quaint and close to greenway trails and Colorado College. We appreciated being able to bring our dog and enjoyed sitting in the porch.

Wonderful stay. Clean, quiet, comfortable, convenient location. Loved that we could open the windows as is on second floor. Loved the comfy beds. Not a lot of kitchen pots and utensils if you plan to do much cooking while there.

This is such a little gem. I loved all the artist touches and you can really tell she thought about all the little details to make you feel comfortable. The hostess was perfect with communication.

We had great stay at Heather’s place. Our trip was a multiple family get-together. Everyone enjoyed the place. Everything was nearby. Heather is also a very responsive host. She allowed us to check-in early and check-out late to accommodate our flight times in-out of Colorado Springs.

We stayed here due to its proximity to our daughter’s home, and we are so happy we did. The house was clean, bright, and comfortable with foosball, cornhole, and other games for all to play. The small deck overlooking the backyard made it even nicer. Parking is so simple right out front, and it’s so easy to hop on a roadway to take you anywhere around the Springs. A large supermarket is only 2 blocks away—very convenient. Definitely a nice place to stay while in Colorado Springs.

If you’re thinking of staying in Manitou Springs, this location is a must. It is secluded while still close to downtown.

Pam's place is a hidden gem, be ready to be greeted by the local deer when you pull up. For 3 bedrooms, all the kitchen you could need for a short stay, and the incredible trails right out the back door - this stay couldn't be beat! Quiet neighborhood, centrally located. We will absolutely stay again next time we are in the Colorado Springs area!

Super cute spot and the owner was very communicative. We loved the inside and all the decor. If you’re a tall or larger person the shower is quite small (I’m 5’2 and 120 lbs and it was tight for me). The neighbors have dogs that barked a lot but otherwise super cute and would come back again!
