Small Paradise above the Walensee

Guests have a separate apartment with their own kitchen, bath and living room but they share the same entrance to the house with the owner. All the surroundings of the house can be used by the guests. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric stove, cooking utilities (inclusive herbs, vinegar and oil) cutlery and tableware. Food needs to be brought by the guests. The nearest store is a 30min drive away. A Fondue-Set is available upon request. There is also a Nespresso machine inclusive capsuls and an open fire place right next to the house. The main bedroom includes a double bed (1.40m) and there is another separate room with a single bed, inclusive bedding. The bathroom comes with towels, shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer.

Apartment on the first floor and second floor

The property is located on Appenzellerstrasse, from Gais to Appenzell. The house is bright, offers plenty of space for 3-4 people on the ground floor and 1st floor. It is a patrician house, blankets are higher (2.20 m) than type. Appenzellerhäuser. The kitchen is fully equipped. 2 high chairs for children/cribs available. Dogs are welcome. Please register. Hiking trails: Cross the street and off you go… Important: There is also a separate listing on Airbnb to rent the entire part of the house (8 people).
