New apartment, one bedroom with parking

A modern and spacious one bedroom apartment with sofa bed to rent for 2 to 4 people in Villard Dessus in Séez. The apartment is close to the bus stop for access to La Rosiere via the chairlift Ecudets or you can take the bus to Bourg Saint Maurice for the funiculaire to Les Arcs. Well placed for a 'ski safari', ski touring or mountain walks. The apartment is below our main house and has its own entrance. It has one parking space and access to a garden shared with us.

3g bakery, a butcher's and cheese shop, a bioshop, a florist and two bar/restaurants are at walking distance from where you will stay. La Rosiere, Sainte foy, Villaroger, Tignes, Val d'isere ski resorts are very quickly accessible by car ( 30 mins for the furthest). Les Arcs funicular is 5 minutes away by car. Can sleep 6 pax when the couch bed is open.A child bed is available. One closed and secure parking and one public parking are available on premises.
