The chalet is ski-in/ski-out via the Bois de Saule blue run which connects Arc 1600 to the intermediate train station of the funicular. Many hiking trails accessible directly from the chalet. Direct access to the enduro "La 8" mountain bike trail that descends from Arc 1600 to Bourg-Saint-Maurice. 800 m of elevation !

The apartment is close to the bus stop for access to La Rosiere via the chairlift Ecudets or you can take the bus to Bourg Saint Maurice for the funiculaire to Les Arcs. Well placed for a 'ski safari', ski touring or mountain walks. The apartment is below our main house and has its own entrance. It has one parking space and access to a garden shared with us.
