Welcome to Karterud, a small neighborhood on the Segerstad Peninsula. The house is located amidst ecological fields, surrounded by berries and mushrooms in summer and autumn. It takes a 12 minute walk to get to the Vänern lake where you can take a swim. The house has its own water well and heatpump. In the Segerstad area you can find many historical find locations which go back to the stone age and later. This indicates people inhabiting this area for a long time with it’s productive land.

Rural, quiet location just outside Karlstad, fields and forest with wildlife. Possibility to rent a box and bring a horse. Horses, cats & rabbits are on the farm. Accommodation in cottage 23 sqm. A 140 cm bed, an 80 cm bed and a sofa that can be slept on. Small kitchenette for simple cooking, hot plate, refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker. Dining area for two people/workspace.
