This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. The newly renovated Villa Barbara & Zoran has 4 accommodation units. 2 on the second floor and 2 on the third floor. Each apartment is modernly decorated and has a large terrace and sea view. We also have a large parking lot in a fenced yard. A spacious 50 m2 heated pool is available to our guests. Barbara and Zoran are the owners and we will be happy to give you additional information to make your vacation as pleasant as possible. Split Airport is 15 km away, and Zadar Airport is 120 km away from the Villa. Split is 30 km, and Trogir 5 km from the Villa.

Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.
