This time, I stayed with three people on a business trip. Basically, it was fully equipped, and I had a very comfortable stay in the room with enough space and tidy. It was a very busy time of the city, so we were late at check-in, but they responded flexibly.The communication was smooth and stress-free. There was also good access to the station, and there was a supermarket nearby, so there was no trouble. As mentioned in other reviews, I was worried about the sound because it was facing a road that runs a lot of cars during the day and at night, but the members who stayed this time didn't bother me much. Check-out was early in the morning, but they consulted us and arranged it so that we could check out smoothly. I'd love to mention it as a place to stay when I'm in Milan again.

We were traveling with another family. The accommodation was perfect also for our toddlers. we immediately felt comfortable as if it were our home. There was enough space in and around the house for the kids to play. In general, the apartment was very spacious. The two bathrooms were all rounded off. Two towels had been provided for each guest whether large or small. Very nice of Laura. In addition, she provided the beds for us as we needed. The communication with Laura was perfect. She and her partner were very helpful and explained everything to us superbly. In addition, you have also left a little attention there for the children. We will be happy to come back to you. ❤️

there were five of us on the road because of the furniture fair in milano... to the fair rho we only had 20 min. !! it had enough space for our 2 cars... which were parked in a protected area. the house itself is a bit outdated but in a very good condition and well furnished . ( beautiful and large garden / all protected with a fence ) in the house itself it has 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms... on the lower floor it even has a third bathroom . Living room and kitchen.. large ! we enjoyed our stay very much and thank Alberto for his uncomplicated and reliable manner . we'll be back... :-)

Just came to Milan for one night on business — happy I chose this place

Really enjoyed staying at Leone's flat, which is nice and stylish as shown on photos. Great location also in a great neighbourhood in Milan, full of bars and restaurants. Leone's girlfriend Patrizia was there for check-in which was smooth and without any problems. Really recommend Leone's apartment for short and long stay in Milan.

This is a very quaint place to stay with ample room for a large family or a group. The location is ideal as it is close to the Susa metro station but out of the crowds.

Great experience, very beautifully decorated house, lots of entertainment facilities, great care.If you have the opportunity, be sure to try the dinner prepared by the host in the garden, and then go to the hostess to see her small animals in the back of the hill.

The house was as pictured! The pool was very inviting and the house had plenty of necessities for a large group. The host was very responsive and communicated well even with a language barrier.

Sergio was very hospitable and accommodating. He provided extras upon check-in and even helped us order take away when we arrived late at night. He answered questions for us and provided local recommendations. The house was very unique, neat, and clean, with nice private outdoor garden areas.

We were very happy with the place. The pool is a good way to cool off. The accommodation is functionally furnished and has everything you need. There are also delicious restaurants nearby and you can get to Milan relatively quickly by car or bus and train. Overall, the accommodation is well suited and recommended for a couple or a small family.

The landlord is kind and collected the exhibits for our exhibition in advance. The environment is quiet, and the house is very spacious. There is also a very large shopping mall nearby. It is more convenient to travel by car.

It was great! really really great - we were very busy but enjoyed every second. the only little things was the water pressure but i am sure piergiorgio is fixing that.

Silvia was an extremely friendly and warm hostess. We had an uncomplicated check-in and it was possible for us to check into the accommodation earlier than planned. The location was beautiful, quiet and yet centrally located. The accommodation was exactly as it looked in the photos - simply breathtakingly beautiful. The room and the bathroom were very clean, lovingly furnished and you immediately felt at home. All in all a wonderful stay, we would come back immediately. Thank you for everything, Silvia! 😊

Wonderful peaceful setting. Beautiful unique home set in a wooded area with a lovely pool we used every day of our stay.Filippo & Boom were amazing hosts, offering to drive us to the grocery store when we arrived and to the airport in Milan (45 minutes) so we could rent a car. They were both very kinds and helpful, caring for us during our stay.
