Fantastically nice accommodation that even surpassed the description. We enjoyed ourselves very much and also like Aachen with surroundings. There is plenty to do for everyone!

Everything is perfect

When we arrived, we would be greeted very kindly by the person who worked in the restaurant under the Airbnb and led into the apartment. Self check-in with key box would also have been possible. The apartment was super clean and equipped as described. The restaurant downstairs seemed very welcoming, even though we didn't visit it ourselves. Until midnight, it was clear to be heard on Friday night at Airbnb that it is above a restaurant/pub. After that it was quiet. You didn't hear anything on Saturday. We would definitely come again.

We loved our stay here! Philmar was a great host. The place was very clean and tidy and had many lovely amenities (coffee, washing detergent, a blow dryer, etc). It was right on the water and the walk along the water into town is lovely and easy. She has bikes viable for use too which was a nice touch! Would recommend.

Stefanie is a very hospitable lady. Everything is present in the cottage. Very clean too. Entrance cottage a bit difficult to find, it is house number 38 instead of 45. The property is located on the border of Germany and the Netherlands, but Dutch channels are difficult to find on TV. Must be via the internet. Beautiful large TV. Access to the bathroom through the bedroom. Both the bed and the fold-out sofa bed are equipped with nice pillows and sleep wonderfully.

Fantastic property for a private, quiet getaway. The jacuzzi & the sauna made it even more enjoyable. Would love to return and highly recommend

The small house with beautiful old trees (a huge cherry tree, apple tree) is an absolute gem. The location is in the countryside, in peace and quiet. The peace and quiet at night is perfect. In the vicinity, the house is surrounded by horse pastures and fields. The slightly wider area is probably the most beautiful part of the Lower Rhine, thanks to the nature reserves. Absolutely perfect for exploring by bike, directly from the holiday home. The house is very well renovated and in an absolutely new condition. It has been planned and implemented with attention to detail and in a very generous manner. The furnishings are of high quality and in good condition. This gives the house character and style.

Very friendly host who was easy to reach out if we needed anything. Apartment was waiting for us clean. It is as presented on the pictures. We had everything we needed for our stay. Can recommend this place

A very fully equipped holiday home. Mary-Lou and Patrick are the hosts. They are very attentive. This is already apparent upon arrival. A homemade cake was ready, a basket of fruit and flowers from our own garden. In the fridge, a bottle of wine and beer. Furthermore, everything is present in the house. Generous towels, a washing machine with detergent, herbs, shampoo, etc. And if you need anything else. Ask. The hosts want you to have a good time. The house is in accordance with the description and very generous. You have your own outdoor area with lawn. It is behind the owners' house. So they sometimes pass by. We thought that was no problem at all. In short, definitely recommended for a pleasant stay in Limburg

Extremely clean and well furnished cottage in a beautiful and quiet area!

I cannot say enough to describe how wonderful Anne and Hugo’s cottage was! Everything about it was beautiful. Hugo made a wonderful loaf of bread and yummy jam. And a lemon tiramisu!! If want to have great stay at a beautiful place this is it!

The reception by Cristel upon our arrival was very warm. The guesthouse is a fully furnished cottage and has all the necessary contemporary comfort. The cottage is a very nice realization and in addition to a sitting area, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom also has a covered terrace. It is definitely recommended for those who want to spend a day 'wellness' in the beautiful wellness center ELAISA, which is only a few km away. By bike, it is also very nice to explore the region via a junction route along the Belgian or Dutch side of the river Maas. Less than 100 m away from the cottage, there is also the possibility to have a very nice breakfast served every morning in a very cozy (Limburg) atmosphere. In short, we really enjoyed our stay at Cristel's place.

Had a wonderful couple of nights in the beautiful surroundings of Peer. Very nice and spacious house, very clean, and well maintained. Upon arrival, we had a warm welcome, with clear instructions and tips for the weekend. Super nice host :) Can definitely recommend to come here for a weekend to relax!

We had a wonderful long weekend in the south of Limburg. The B&B is a nice homely stay with everything you need, we didn't miss anything, everything was there. Glad there were a number of fans in the house, we needed them in the very hot weekend. I had contacted the owner about this, he responded quickly and kindly and even added an extension cord so that we could put the fan by the bed. Quiet and excellent place/price quality. We had a great time at Achim's place. Everything we needed was provided for and there were many nice things to do in the area if you love walking or cycling:)

The accommodation Anja offers is in a very quiet area. It's an apartment that's very clean, tidy and makes you feel right at home. It has the necessary kitchen utensils for breakfast, dinner, etc. and a Lidl 1.5 km from the house. When I return to the area, I will stay at Anja's house again, that's for sure.

The apartment is equipped as a regular home, it is spacious, bright and with a magnificent terrace. Norbert is always on the lookout for your demands and his neighbor Christel is an example of how communication problems can be solved with kindness and cordiality.

I recommend the place.

We had an excellent stay for a second time. lovely peaceful location and very comfortable location. We had everything we needed and enjoyed 3 peaceful nights. Hope to be back.

Really only to recommend! There is nothing I can complain about. Communication is great, apartment as in the pictures and super equipped. Location is very nice and quiet. Thanks again for the wonderful stay.
