Ideal starting point for excursions e.g. 100 Castles Route, Dülmen Wild Horses, Nordkirchen Castle, Haltern reservoir and nearby Münster. Shopping, bakery, restaurant are about 1 km away

In the middle of a beautiful village and the famous city of 3 castles (each 2km) surrounded by forest, meadows and water you find the perfect mix to enjoy. The cozy apartment has an extra large bed and a fresh renovated bathroom with a relaxing rain shower. Nice apartment in Olfen, in the southern Münsterland. The apartment is on the ground floor of our two-family house, near (200 m) the nature reserve "Steveraue Olfen". In the restored area, wild asses, conic horses and hind cattle can be observed from observation platforms. Furthermore, there is a good connection to the cycle path network NRW, the cycle path DEK Route and the 100 Schlösser Route.

The apartment, renovated and newly furnished in 2020, is in the immediate vicinity of the Seppenrad rose garden. Shopping facilities such as supermarkets and bakeries are located 500 - 1000 meters away in the center of Seppenrade. The apartment is an ideal starting point for excursions, for example, to the Dülmen Wild Horses, Olfen Steverauen, Halterner reservoirs or the 100-castle route.

The 60 m² apartment is on the second floor of a 2-family house. The 25 m² roof terrace invites you to sunbathe. If you want to explore nature in other ways, you can take a walk in the nearby forest or explore the Dortmund-Ems Canal by bike. In addition to the Dortmund-Ems Canal, the Roman Route is very popular.

The apartment is located in the city center of Lüdinghausen. The three castles, the city center and the grocery stores are a few minutes away. The large natural garden offers a lot of privacy. On the south terrace overlooking the garden you can enjoy the sun.
