Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Il monolocale, interamente in legno di un tempo, è ampio 37,50 mq e rappresenta la parte più antica della casa che risale alla fine dell'800. Un unico locale ospita l'angolo notte e la zona giorno con angolo cucina da cui una porta-finestra conduce all'esterno: qui, seduti ad ammirare il panorama facendo colazione o bevendo un aperitivo, si possono abitualmente vedere cervi e caprioli che pascolano nell'ampio prato sottostante. A completare l'appartamento vi è il bagno con finestra.
