Edo is by far the best host we‘ve ever had on Airbnb. He simply makes you feel welcome and at home. It‘s more like meeting an old friend than a host. House and garden are super in a location from where you can reach beautiful sights without problems. What should be kept in mind before booking is that you share kitchen and living-room with Edo and his family. We loved that and got well-along with each other but also had some days complete privacy in house and garden.

I highly recommend a stay at this 17th-century villa in Carfagnò. The incredible interiors transport you to another era, and the peace and privacy of having the entire property to yourself is unmatched. There are many tourist attractions nearby, and within an hour’s drive, you can find yourself at the foot of picturesque mountains. Well-stocked stores, like Supermarket Famila, are just 5 minutes away by car, and there are great pizzerias in the surrounding towns and in Belluno itself – I particularly recommend the fantastic BELLA NAPOLI. If you’re into lakes, Lago di Santa Croce is perfect for swimming and sailing, while Lago di Santa Maria and Lago di Lago offer beautiful hiking trails. Don’t miss the stunning serpentine roads through the valleys on your way there. A must-do is a walk to Brent del Art (park near the cemetery, then a 20-minute walk to the canyon), or exploring the trails around Lago del Mis. Wonderful stay in this beautiful spacious house. Clean beds, comfortable sofa and great outdoor space. The point of attention is the somewhat limited inventory: there is little kitchen inventory, no tea and towels upon arrival, no potholders, etc. Two large cooking pans, but no saucepans etc. The dishwasher didn't work but the host offered to get repaired immediately. When this did not fit in the mechanic's schedule, we got the missing items to be able to wash up ourselves and extra tea towels etc. We are positive and will definitely come back again in this beautiful area and in this house.

We had a great time in the accommodation and were able to make great use of the location to start many beautiful road bike tours in the region from there. Communication with Giuseppe was always friendly and very quick. We will be happy to come back again!

We used the villa for a workation and it worked great. If someone is planning something similar: Internet has about 500 Mbit/s in download and was therefore more than sufficient. It was also stable, we only had one failure and it was under an hour. Thank you Sebastian for the beautiful accommodation and the smooth process👍

It was a lovely trip and a great place to stay. Unfortunately, the heating of the pool is broken when we were there. The caretaker tried everything and we could still use it for one night with a workaround. He was very nice. A little more light (e.g. with a string of lights) above the pool and hooks for hanging towels would have been handy. Otherwise everything was great! ☺️

The accommodation met our needs for 10 bikers who rode during the day with a garage for 10 motorcycles. For us, the only difficulty is understanding selective sorting, which is different from France.

Were there for a week's vacation with a toddler. Mega property, great pool, great location. Very courteous service from the landlord (asked several times a week if everything was okay, etc.). We were allowed to enter the house earlier than check-in as we drove at night and therefore arrived early. Luca even got us a high chair. Location / garden was very private no open gate / fence or similar. Apartment very clean and everything great, the only unusual thing at the beginning was the bathtub in the bedroom and the missing door to this room. But that didn't bother us any further. Parking was possible on the premises. Shops in close proximity (Aldi, Lidl, etc.) and very close to the bike path to Lake Garda. All in all, a very nice vacation, with a need to repeat. Thank you.

The villa was well equipped, the garden was big and despite being in the hill the seating area was well thought through and we used it a lot. There was plenty of parking and the view from the balcony is just something else! Our two dogs loved running around the secure garden! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is looking for piece and quiet, and don't mind walking up the hill 😁

Really great spot - clean, brand new house located walking distance from some great walking / hiking trails.

The apartment is excellent. It’s very spacious and comfortable. All the bedrooms are a decent size with large beds. The pool is a good size and bigger than it appears on the online images. The views from the balcony are picture postcard. The area contains a number of small to medium size towns that all have their points of interest, and there are several historical cities 60-90 minutes drive away.

This home was perfect for our church group. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the ability to lock the door. Kitchen is industrial and well stocked. Great views and backyard.

What a spectacular place. Exactly as described and beautiful views. Ada was a gracious host. Opened up the Enoteca for us to host a private family party. Vittorio Veneto is a beautiful area. Wish we had stayed at Adas more than 3 days. What an experience.

Utterly surreal. Hermann Gerald's Air B & B was immaculate in all areas. Incredibly accommodating and hospitable, we felt right at home and we're welcomed with open arms. This stay was a true gem and my partner and I will forever think about our time spent here and definitely come back. It was paradise.

Fabulous place. Had everything we needed for a family holiday. Kids loved the pool. We loved the amazing view. We hired a car so was easy to get down to the lake. Would recommend and love to return . Moritz replied very quickly when we needed information

This place is amazing and beautiful. The pictures to not even come close to the view you will have sitting in your private pool sipping on some of the best prosecco the world offers. The home was amazing for our family of 7–with room to spare. If you get the tower, it is a great idea to use for the parents, or anyone who can use their own private apartment. It is a separate Mother in law suite that is right in front of the pool. The main house is huge with lots of space sleep and eat. We used the entire property from playing bocce ball in the lawn, swimming everyday, making a nice big BBQ with local meats from a butcher right in town. I also recommend doing the Prosecco tasting they offer. It’s an amazing experience with great information and, of course, Prosecco. Lastly BEA is such a sweet and amazing person. Super helpful and is always available to help. She makes the stay that much better. The main word about this place is the VIEW!!!!!!

Very nice location in the middle of a forest and fields, impeccable apartment, all new and very clean. Comforts such as water and coffee, kettle, minibar. Absolutely recommended. Thanks for the hospitality

We are thrilled. Communication was great, Andrea, Francesca and Giacomo were very helpful and supported us superbly. The accommodation is as shown in the pictures, in a retro look with great old utensils, the decor is furnished with a lot of love for detail. Clean beds, clean bathroom, clean well-equipped kitchen with toaster, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, knives, everything for cooking even with dishwasher. A washing machine is also available. The highlight is the garden, with fig tree, plum tree and the mega great pool. Seating for 20 people :) There was a crib, a chair for our son (<1 year). There was even a wallbox for charging our electric car. The fans and mosquito plugs provided extra comfort. We will definitely be back!!! If you're looking for a mistake, you'll just find that espresso cups would be useful ;) Thanks for a great vacation !!!!

Beautiful place with lake and mountain views! Quiet and peaceful, perfect for a getaway. The apartments are clean, spacious and renovated, and the kitchen is fully equipped – there is also a washer, dishwasher, iron, and dryer. A big advantage are private gardens on the ground floor and spacious balconies on the first floor. There is a shared pool and barbecue area on the property. The whole thing is definitely worth the price – I highly recommend it!
