The pleasant weather of the southern Alps together with the apartment in our house creates the warm ambience for good rest & the base for a stress-free holiday. One of the oldest farms in the middle of the 300 soul village has been tastefully & stylishly renovated. The apartment sunrise is a one-room studio with integrated cooking living & dining area & separate bathroom.

The studio, 45sqm on the first floor of a semi-detached house, can accommodate 2-3 people. The furnishing of the living and dining area, bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet is very high quality and stylish. The entire garden (about 600sqm) is available for your exclusive use.

The house is located in Valbruna, a small and quiet village in the Valcanale, close to the Julian Alps. It is a short walk from the center of the village and is a strategic starting point for the naturalistic and historical excursions that Val Saisera offers. In the village, there is a grocery store for basic necessities, a few hundred meters from the house. A supermarket is 4 kilometers towards Tarvisio. One km from Valbruna are the accesses to the AlpeAdria cycle path.
