Holiday rentals in Semproniano

The apartment is beautiful as well as the location. Marcello was so kind and accommodating. He was available for anything and helped direct us in the best way possible. He gifted us a bottle of Prosecco and a cake due to the Easter holidays. I cannot recommend the apartment enough, as well as Marcello as a host. It is a very special place. We took the opportunity to visit the Terme di Saturnia which was very close to the apartment as well as a nearby town of Pitigiano. A great base for exploring the area and coming back to relax and enjoy the beautifully restored accommodation. Our only negative was that we stayed only one night, I wish we could have stayed longer and already plan to return as soon as we can! Thank you for everything!

We spent ~10 days of family vacation there and it was an absolute pleasure. Spacious house, pristine, impressively well-equipped, private and cosy. The area around the house is beautiful with a picturesque and well-maintained garden where I spent a lot of my time running around and playing with my son. The view is simply breathtaking, with the sea meeting the skies at the horizon, mountainous landscape and a large castle in view. The host, Enrico, gave us a warm welcome and we felt right at home. He was responsive, kind, and provided many tips and assistance with everything we needed. We wholeheartedly recommend this place for a quiet family vacation in Tuscany.

Christian and his mom are two very helpful hosts, kind and present for every circumstance, super responsive and thoughtful. The apartment is a real gem, well designed, pleasant to live and to admire in every detail. We appreciated the cleanliness and the fact that nothing was missing...there was also a hairdryer, body soap, shampoo, detergent, clothes rack, nibbles, equipped kitchen and Christian's mom was so kind that upon our arrival she made us find milk, water, snacks, crackers, soluble coffee, barley, nesquik, a box of tea bags and herbal teas. In short, those small attentions that make you feel pampered and at home. There were 5 of us and I slept on the sofa bed that I found comfortable. You can walk to the bar, the convenience store, and at least 2 restaurants. The thermal baths of Saturnia and the Molino waterfalls are just a 15-minute drive through green landscapes. We had a good time in Christian's apartment and I recommend it!

Accommodation that makes you lose in time, with a spectacular view of nature, of the ancient village that reminds you of what it means to live in tranquility. The owner Ilario is very welcoming, familiar and very helpful. A present for those who will come, it is an evocative ancient house of a village; nothing to do with apartments of large cities or valley background.

We were warmly welcomed with homemade treats and a local wine – a wonderful start! The place is clean, well equipped and has everything you need. You immediately feel at home. The location is fantastically beautiful and significantly better than the photos suggest. Alfonso and Riccardo are extremely personable and helpful. A quiet, relaxed atmosphere completes the stay perfectly. Would love to come back anytime!

Words and photos cannot adequately describe the beauty and tranquility of this place. It’s name translated - ‘Enchantment’ says it best. It is my new favorite spot in the entire world. I smiled the whole time I was here. Chiara is a wonderful host and an excellent communicator. If you are solo and worried about your mobility to walk across the bridge- ask about hitching a ride with your luggage on the ATV for a price. Prior to coming Chiara asks if you would like groceries delivered- take her up on it. There are no stores for groceries in the small town and most restaurants closed at 5pm. One restaurant had muffins and pastries for breakfast. Chiara does have a well stocked wine cellar that has reasonable prices. She had also asked prior to my arrival if I’d like to book a massage- don’t wait until you are there, you must book ahead as the service quickly books up. Incanto di Civita was an incredible experience, and Chiara was a wonderful host. I hope to one day return. ❤️

I booked this house in Semproniano for a stay of my parents, and I couldn't have made a better choice! They came back excited: the house is cozy, attention to detail and immersed in the tranquility of the Tuscan countryside. They appreciated everything from impeccable cleanliness to the comfort of the rooms.
