È un piacere accogliervi nel mio appartamento. Ho ristrutturato tutto l'appartamento e ho realizzato la maggior parte dei mobili con legno/ferro per uno stile rustico ma anche unico. Nuovissimo bilocale a Paderno a 70m da stazione FN

Grazioso e nuovissimo bilocale in pieno centro a Paderno a soli 70mt dalla stazione FN. In soli 10 minuti è possibile raggiungere la stazione della metropolitana AFFORI FN o Bovisa e in 19 minuti si è in pieno centro a Milano (MM Cadorna). L'appartamento è stato appena ristrutturato completamente. Dotato di lavatrice, lavastoviglie, microonde, aria condizionata, Smart TV (con possibile accesso a Netflix, Disney+, Amazon video), Nespresso, bagno con doccia e wi-fi. In un'oasi di pace e tranquillità, alle porte di Milano nord, trovi un accogliente e tranquillo appartamento, nella rinomata Città Giardino, circondato dal verde e dotato di parcheggio in via privata. Ottima posizione, molto vicino ad un grande Supermarket e alla fermata dei Bus, che collegano con la Metro e permettono di raggiungere il centro in 30 minuti. Servito anche dalla stazione di Cusano-Cormano, che dista 800 mt. Aria condizionata e riscaldamento/raffrescamento a pavimento.

Situato in un condominio tranquillo, con entrata indipendente il mio alloggio è a 10' a piedi dalla stazione FS e quindi molto comodo per chi deve andare a Milano e a RHO FIERA(35').Inoltre è a 15'dall'inizio della zona pedonale (centro) e a 5'dalle fermate degli autobus. L'alloggio è adatto sia a singoli che a coppie e a chi viaggia per lavoro. Parcheggio libero nella via. In zona ci sono diversi negozi, bar, ristoranti e un supermercato.
