The "haus in spay" is a historic half-timbered house, built around 1545 in the Moselle village of Zell-Merl. It is located not far from the river at the foot of a sun-drenched southern slope on the Moselle, the well-known wine region with unique Riesling cultivation and Mediterranean culture. The monument ensemble with main house, the holiday home and steep garden was extensively restored in almost 10 years of construction and mainly in-house according to ecological and traditional criteria.

This cosy holiday flat "Trouwe" is located on the ground floor. Here you will find a separate bedroom with a king-size double bed. The living room/kitchen and bathroom are separate. With two additional sofa beds, up to 3 more people can stay here. In all flats you will find a fully automatic coffee machine, smart TV in the living and sleeping area, a washing machine and a small workplace. A very nice roof terrace with lounge, bicycle storage, wine fridge and parking spaces.
