Holiday rentals with beach access in Senigallia

Corrado is a great host of a spacious, clean & comfy apartment which is flooded with light. The walk to the beach took fewer minutes than I have fingers on one hand. Despite the many cafés and restaurants just a stone's throw away, the neighborhood is green and quiet (except for meal times in the nearby hotel, but that's a happy buzz). The windows are well insulated, so you can just close them and not hear anything. With the windows open in the mornings, you get the feeling you're in a zoo, as all the different birds get started with their day. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and some spices have been left by other guests and not simply thrown away, which is very nice. The kettle kept my tea addiction alive. The induction plates save time. There's enough counter space. The super market Conad Tuday is just a few minutes' walk. They have everything including a good "deli" counter if you eat meats, sweets, etc. The walk up to the third floor is not difficult, & I felt very safe.

Sirolo feels like a movie set, and the Sky apartment is the perfect place to stay and enjoy all that the beautiful town has to offer. We arrived on a very early ferry and easily found a cafe nearby to wait at until Simonetta and Stefano were able to let us in to drop off our bags. We greatly appreciated the flexibility with check in, and Simonetta gave us a very warm welcome, explained everything very clearly, and provided ample local recommendations. We walked to the beach after we dropped off our bags and waited for the apartment to be cleaned, it was so nice to have that option. The apartment itself is a great space. Very clean, nicely decorated, exceptionally well stocked, and the view is stunning. It's a great remote working space if needed. The washer is very nice to have. The bed is comfortable. The care and pride that Simonetta and Stefano have in this space is evident and I highly recommend. I'm so happy we found this gem and I can't wait to visit again.

Alice was very helpful, efficient and friendly. She sorted a wifi problem quickly.

L'unico problema è stato trovare subito l'appartamento, in quanto l'accesso è interno e il numero non si vede subito dalla strada, quindi suggerirei di apporre un cartello o un altra comunicazione più visibile del numero. Valentina iper cordiale e precisa, casa ordinata e con tutti i comfort, peccato per scale senza ascensore. Posizione meravigliosa, non abbiamo mai usato l'auto perché mare a 2 minuti a piedi e movida li in zona con passeggiata e attrazioni estive. Facilmente raggiungibili con pochi minuti d'auto anche oltremare e acquafan o Rimini mentre l'acquario raggiungibile a piedi. Ottima esperienza, grazie.

Abbiamo appena trascorso le vacanze in questo appartamento curato nel dettaglio, dotato di tutti i comfort possibili. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato l'alloggio perfettamente pulito, in ordine e molto profumato. Rosaria si é dimostrata molto disponibile e gentile anche nell'organizzare insieme a noi gli spazi, avendo delle necessità per il nostro bimbo di 5 anni. Comodo il parcheggio facilmente disponibile in strada di fronte all'appartamento, noi ci siamo spostati in macchina per raggiungere la spiaggia ma volendo ci sono spiagge attrezzate raggiungibili a piedi in massimo 5 min. Assolutamente da consigliare ed esperienza da ripetere!!

La casa è posizionata vicina al mare e alla via principale di Rimini, e’ ben arredata, pulita e la cucina è grande. Ottimo il terrazzo per cene all’aperto, il posto auto sotto casa coperto davvero molto utile!!!. Gabriele è stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile. Se il prossimo anno torneremo alla fiera di Rimini Wellness, sicuramente affronteremo nuovamente la sua casa

Lorenzo war ein sehr höflicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der uns in allen Belangen unterstützt hat. Der Strand „Bagni Miriam“ ist ganz in der Nähe und ideal für Familien. Der Tagespreis beträgt 20 Euro, aber es gibt auf beiden Seiten auch kostenlose öffentliche Strandabschnitte. Der Lidl-Supermarkt ist sehr nah, sodass man bequem einkaufen . Mittwochs findet vormittags ein Wochenmarkt auf der Viale-Straße statt, dort gibt es Kleidung... Direkt am Strand gibt es den Kinderunterhaltungspark „MAF Acustica“. Die Pizzeria „Bellagioia“ hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Im Lidl kann man viele Strandartikel kaufen, inklusive Sonnenschirme. Abends sind Mückensprays zu empfehlen – nehmen Sie unbedingt eines mit. Wenn man kein Italienisch spricht, ist das kein Problem. Die italienischen Autobahnen sind ziemlich teuer(Hinfahrt 50 Euro) Einige fahren riskant, überholen rechts. Zebrastreifen werden oft ignoriert. 1 €/Tag Touristensteuer, Ausweis beim Check-in nötig.

abbiamo trascorso una settimana nell'alloggio di Antonella ed è stata una settimana fantastica. L'appartamento è spazioso,pulito, ordinato,non manca nulla! il contesto del residence è comodissimo sia per la spiaggia che per i dintorni,la zona è meravigliosa e vale la pena visitarla. Antonella è stata ospitale,ci è venuta incontro per gli orari di check-in e checkout, è sempre stata disponibile. Consiglio a tutti questa località e soprattutto l'appartamento di Antonella,sono state delle vacanze bellissime e sicuramente torneremo!

Geweldige vakantie gehad bij Villa Mariella! De villa's bevinden zich in een heel mooie, besloten omgeving, er is een prachtige goed onderhouden tuin en een fijne, schoone zwembad. De villa's zijn heel dichtbij het strand. De strand is tegen betaling maar je krijgt een vaste plek met een parasol en twee ligbedden. De strand is ook schoon en netjes. Het is ook heel fijn dat je gebruik kunt maken van de fietsen voor de gaten. Op de fiets maar ook te voet is het stadscentrum goed bereikbaar. De gastheren zijn heel aardig en beleefd. Heel fijne contact gehad.

Wir (Ehepaar und drei Hunde) haben in dem kleinen Paradies von Lorenzo & Monica in jeder Beziehung ein tolles Ferienerlebnis gehabt. Das Haus: mit viel Liebe, Sorgfalt und Stolz gepflegt, bietet Platz innen und im Garten sowie Privatsphäre. Die Lage: auf dem kleinen Hügel genug weit weg vom Trubel der Touristen unten an der Promenade, aber nah genug beim Meer (300m, kleine Strasse den Hang hinunter), umgeben von viel Grün und Natur. Die Gastgeber: flexibel, höflich und kommunikativ (Lorenzo, mit ihm wurde die Buchung vereinbart) sowie charmant, hilfsbereit und Gastgeberin aus Passion (Monica, die nebenan mit ihrer Familie wohnt). Vielleicht ist es besser, wenn wir jetzt mit dem Lob stoppen, weil wir gerne nächstes Jahr wiederkommen wollen - und nicht möchten, dass es keinen Platz mehr gibt...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

Leandro è una bellissima persona e il suo appartamento è delizioso, si trova in una posizione perfetta per potersi godere al meglio Sirolo. Anche se non ha il wi-fi, puoi trovare la connessione nei vicinissimi locali sorseggiando un'aperitivo o facendo colazione. Insomma, sicuramente lo ricontatterò per tornarci.

Ubytování jsme si užili. Komunikace s Rosou byla v pořádku. Byt je prostorný, ocenili jsme možnost využití zahrady. Je odsud nedaleko i na pláž. A pejsek Ugo, to byl bonus navrch, nejmilejší pejsek, jakého jsme na cestách potkali.

L'appartement est très bien situé et très agréable. En dehors de la cohue. La taille est parfaite pour y passer un séjour agréable de plusieurs jours. Tout est neuf et bien propre. Et Gian Marco très disponible. J'ai également apprécié les instructions claires en ce qui concerne le fonctionnement de l'appartement. Un grand merci.

Die Wohnung ist schön und groß. Auch den Balkon konnten wir gut nützen nachdem wir nach unserer Anfrage binnen weniger Minuten einen Tisch dafür bekommen haben. Mit dem eigenen Strand Abschnitt ist es echt toll mit dem baden vor Ort. Wir waren total happy.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Host is extremely hospitable-thanks Francesco, ciao. Extremely peaceful and hidden gem in the mountainside off the coast. Highly recommend. Will return.

Die Kommunikation mit Eleonora war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Ab Ankunft war Stefano unser Ansprechpartner, sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns das Apartment gezeigt, alle Besonderheiten erkärt, mit allem geholfen und war schnell ansprechbar, wenn es Probleme gab. Freitagnachmittag Ankunft, Internet/WiFi geht nicht. Zwar hat die Reparatur bis Montag, unserem Abreisetag, gedauert, aber Stefano hat sich darum gekümmert, trotz Wochenende. Wir fanden es sehr angenehm, einen persönlichen Kontakt zu haben. Das Apartment ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Klare Architektur, angenehme Farben, gute Ausstattung, gemütlich. Eigentlich ist es ganz nah zum Meer, aber es ist alles sehr zugebaut, Hotellerie und Gastronomie eroberten wohl in den letzten Jahren die Plätze. Mit Hund war leider kein Zugang zum Strand in der nahen Umgebung möglich, darum Autofahrt nach Pesaro und Fano. Danke an Stefano und Eleonora und alles Gute !

Lorena è una host eccezionale. Sempre presente e disponibile, offre preziosi consigli sulle zone circostanti. Al check in abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di vino locale e una marmellata di produzione propria come benvenuto. Entrambi ottimi! La casa è a 2 passi dal centro e dal mare. È dotata di ogni comfort e pulitissima. Ambiente confortevole, come sentirsi a casa! Grazie Lorena per aver reso speciale la nostra vacanza!

Siamo stati qualche giorno nell’appartamento di Yuri e ci siamo trovati benissimo, è stato un dispiacere solo dover andare via! La casina è adatta a tre persone, la cucina attrezzata, il bagno pulito e dotato di biancheria di ricambio. Non c’è l’aria condizionata ma non se ne è sentito la mancanza, nonostante il caldo di agosto. L’accesso alla spiaggia libera è comodissimo e di fronte a casa. Yuri si è dimostrato super disponibile fin da subito e ci ha dato un sacco di consigli su spiagge, posti da visitare e indicazioni sulle attività limitrofe. Ci ha lasciato a disposizione anche due biciclette, utilissime per piccoli spostamenti! Ho apprezzato molto anche il consiglio sulla tartare di tonno (speciale!) che fanno nel ristorante che è proprio accanto all’abitazione! Speriamo di poter tornare il prossimo anno!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Marco’s apartment. It was comfortable, spacious,clean, quiet neighbourhood, an easy walk to the beach and the old town. Local shops less than 5 minutes walk. The roof terrace for us was perfect for us and spent mornings and evenings having breakfast and dinner. It’s a tranquil haven and if you want you can even sunbathe as cute table and chairs and sun lounger are available. We also liked that 2 large smart tv’s where available as well as a washing machine. Rimini had fabulous beaches which have an amazing set up for adults as well as children, cafes, restaurants, bars, play parks and toilet/changing facilities. Any communication was fast, polite and helpful from Marco. He even organised a taxi for us to the train station and kept me informed.Although a small minor issue with the bathroom sink was rectified quickly with no fuss at all. We loved staying at Marco’s place and highly recommend his apartment. We will stay again 🥰

abbiamo soggiornato qui per una piccola vacanza di relax con la nostra cagnolina Kora, Francesco e Pamida si sono mostrati fin da subito molto gentili e amichevoli anche con la nostra cagnolina!! sempre pronti a rispondere ad ogni nostro bisogno durante il nostro soggiorno, anche nel darci indicazioni su posti da visitare e nel fornirci indicazioni su bar e ristoranti ottimi in zona. la casa era pulita, con un bel terrazzo grande, e attrezzata con ogni comfort!vicinissimo al mare e a tutte le strutture di cui avevamo bisogno! praticamente l' auto non l abbiamo mai usata! che dire... ci hanno fatto sentire a casa!! grazie!!
