The house with terrace is idyllically located on a hill with a panoramic view. The room with bathroom was clean and tidy. The B&B has everything you need.

The interaction for the reservation was quick. I stayed for work needs and therefore with special times but it was not a problem to adapt the check-in and check-out times. The welcome was warm and hospitable as if we had known each other for a long time. Pet friendly property, no problem accommodating my two Labrador Retrievers. The accommodation was clean, tidy and welcoming, nothing was missing, it felt like home, away from noise and traffic. Guests also have a Wi-Fi network with a fairly fast connection. Indoor parking. A small, well-kept garden is also available. I'll definitely be back.

I found a family environment thanks to the kindness of Andrea and his brother I'll be back because it's in a good location for getting around on foot. It's reminiscent of 80s hotels, and the management makes you feel right at home.

Raffaella welcomes you with a smile that warms the heart. You truly feel like you have found your Italian roots, even if you don't have any : ) This is a very special place, not only can you see it, the views are breathtaking everywhere you look, but you also feel something very sacred here. There is a quiet in listening to the birds sing. Quiet from the busy life you leave behind. Our apartment was spotless and very well organized with everything we needed. The windows from our top story framed the tip-top of the trees and the valley below, we felt like we were living in a tree house. My daughter and I had a very fun cooking lesson with Raffaella and her expert cook and are now expert gnocchi chefs, I'm quite serious. Not only do they provide itineraries for traveling the Umbrian region, they are also available for additional info should you need it. Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio, Spello, Montefalco, we saw so much and we could have seen more. And...the views from the pool are spectacular, the grounds are truly more beautiful than the photos can display. I know Raffaella made our Umbrian stay very special to us but I must also say that Umbria took our breath away. There is so much beauty here. I want to return to see every season. Thank you Raffaella and your entire family! I know we will visit again : )

I spent a night in this accommodation in the historic center of Urbino and I had a great time. The location is excellent, in the middle of the ZTL area, perfect for visiting the city on foot. The accommodation is clean, well maintained and comfortable, ideal for a short but pleasant stay. A big plus is the possibility of free parking not too far away, which is not a given in a historic city. The host was kind, helpful and clear in communications. Definitely a positive experience, I would recommend it!

We looooved Maria’s place and her hospitality and friendliness. She made us the best breakfast every morning! We enjoyed this place so much! It was our favorite Airbnb! The place is so nice, comfortable and quite. Supermarket nearby, 10 minutes walk to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. As soon as I entered Bruno's house, I found myself in front of a beautiful house. He matched my tastes in every aspect, down to the details. Bruno is a super helpful and interesting person to get to know. Too bad mine was a hit and run, but having to go back to Perugia often, I'd probably go back to his again. It also has a beautiful private terrace! It allowed me to relax even during this great summer heat. No small feat. Thanks again.

One-night stay. Very clean room and bathroom. Great breakfast. Marco is friendly and helpful. The location of Locanda Pinà is perfect: on the hill, with plenty of space available and just a few km from the sea.

We only stopped for one night, but we had a great time. The hosts are beautiful people, they welcomed us as if we were family. The house is on a small hill with a beautiful view, there is a beautiful garden even with some animals. Great breakfast and super plentiful. I'd be happy to come back!

A nice, small hotel just a few meters from the sandy beach. The reception was warm, the beds are comfortable, the room is sparkling clean and quiet. Breakfast is especially rich for those with a sweet tooth, but there are also savory options. There were plenty of parking spaces at the hotel and in the surrounding area.

Very nice B&B in the center of Jesi! Great hosts! Only points to note are that the small fridge in the room doesn't get colder than room temperature and the door does lock but doesn't feel secure at all and the walls are quite thin... if you can live with that I would 100% recommand!

We had a fantastic stay at Greenvalley BnB, Yulia is a friendly and helpful host. We also became friends with Eugene (one of her dogs), who only walked along with Yulia when she came over to deliver breakfast. At the same time we had our privacy at the studio. The studio is very comfortable and the pool is very nice; the pictures speak for themselves. If you are looking for a place to relax and close to some nice villages, the beach and services (such as grocery shopping), Greenvalley BnB is most definitely the perfect location. We would highly recommend this !! J&M.

Amazing!! What an incredible place and the attention is superb

The stay at Piero's was perfect, nothing left to chance, from the beautiful place surrounded by greenery with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills, to the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms (perfect!), to the friendliness and cordiality of Piero and his wife with whom we also "lost" ourselves in nice chats! Finally, when we woke up, we found a fantastic breakfast prepared by Piero's wife...homemade cakes and sweets for us! Thanks again, we'll definitely see you again!

If you're looking for a place to "unplug" and be pampered, this is the perfect place. Small country villa in the hills near Riccione. Modernized in rustic style, as beautiful as the landscape. Away from the chaos of the city, very rural. Friendly and welcoming host, cute and cuddly kitten. Very nice.

Kind and accommodating hosts!

Very close to the tourist caves of Frasassi, not only! The surroundings are beautiful. Although we could use the kitchen, we didn't, because there are good and relatively cheap restaurants. Good Italian breakfast with a very good self-produced yogurt. Quiet and comfortable beds, we had a great night's sleep.

Recently tastefully renovated and super clean apartment. The area is very quiet and we had a very good time with Marzia and her husband who immediately make you feel at ease and give great advice on how to get around to explore the area. Those arriving by car are no problem. Top hospitality and then they love animals and for me this is an added value. We found seriousness and availability. Really nice experience. Thank you... we hope to be back soon

A wonderful place with peace and activity. Right at the beach. Beautiful terrace with lots of flowers. And a very hospitable Monica who helped us with everything. Recommended if you are in Rimini!!
