The charms of an authentic Percheron house: old stones, terracotta tiles, beams, large fireplace. At the end of the hamlet, facing south, it opens onto a wooded and hilly park of 6500 m². The house includes 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 wc, an equipped kitchen open to a dining room (table for 8 place settings and benches), a living room with a large fireplace and a bar (cozy for evenings in family by the fireside or parties). Charlotte's house is a gîte that was completely renovated at the end of 2019, respecting the Percheron frame with noble materials such as wood, stone, old tiles and lime plaster. Located in one of the most beautiful villages of the Perche Regional Park, it is the perfect place for a stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances, bedding, SAUNA, wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.
