Dans un petit hameau tranquille sur les hauteurs de Rémalard (tous commerces) et le long d'un circuit de randonnée, ce gite en formule tout inclus est idéal pour se mettre au vert ! Longère percheronne de plain pied : séjour avec cuisine équipée, salon (poêle à bois, canapé convertible 2 pers. (draps non fournis), TV, bureau), chambre (lit 2 pers 160 x 200 cm - draps fournis) en rez de jardin avec accès sur terrasse en bois, salle de bains (douche à l'italienne et baignoire d'angle), wc.

1 hour and 15 minutes from Paris Montparnasse, we will come to pick you up by car. We are 10 minutes from the Courville-sur-Eure train station. Do you want nature, wellness and relaxation without going too far? We offer a getaway 1h30 from Paris, in our duplex wooden cabin, perched in the trees, between 5 and 8 meters high, above a small pond. You will be in a quiet and relaxing environment, will have no vis-à-vis, for a total disconnection in the heart of nature.

Charlotte's house is a gîte that was completely renovated at the end of 2019, respecting the Percheron frame with noble materials such as wood, stone, old tiles and lime plaster. Located in one of the most beautiful villages of the Perche Regional Park, it is the perfect place for a stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances, bedding, SAUNA, wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. Hi , Old farmhouse restored with taste, in the heart of a small hamlet in the countryside could delight your weekends. You will be accompanied by our animals... Pekin ducks, Coucou, Rhode Island Red, Gaulloise, Naked Neck, Sussex chickens... Our Border Collie Rox and our two cats can also visit you if you like. Animal lovers, we accept yours of course. On the other hand, we really want your pet to be nice to our chickens. Thank you
