Our place is the only Bungalow with a completely sheltered nature view in a 5-acre garden in the Eşmeahmediye neighborhood of Kartepe Loft floor double bed Two separate single rooms downstairs Living room for one person Accommodates 5 adults and a baby. We have underfloor heating, air conditioning and a fireplace. Our kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 3x6 hot pool, barbecue and fire pit in our garden, and we have a generator to avoid being affected by power outages. We only accept families and groups of girls.

Isıtmalı SPA havuzu, kış bahçesi,ateş çukuru,barbeküsü, otoparkı ve dışarıdan görünmeyen yapısıyla tamamen size ait, huzurlu ve sakin bir atmosfer sağlar. Doğayla iç içe keyifli bir kaçamak için sizleri bekliyoruz. Göl koruma kanunları gereği iskelemiz 20.04.2026 itibarıyla kaldırılacaktır.

Our detached villa is 40 meters above Sapanca Lake and has a lake view and a heated pool. At the same time, we have fireplaces on our porch and for the house. It is 800 meters from Eşme city center. It is 10 minutes from the center of Maşukiye, 15 minutes from the center of Sapanca and 4 minutes from the forest.

Ormanyaya 4 dakika mesafedeyiz. Sapanca gölüne yürüme süresi olarak 4-5 dakika. Bahçemizde ise ateş çukuru, ısıtmalı havuz, jakuzi, çardak ve barbekümüz mevcuttur. Alanımız tamamen sizleri özeldir ve kimse sizleri göremez. Not: Jakuzi kaldırıldı.
