It is located at an altitude of 40 meters to Sapanca Lake and 900 meters to the center of Eşme. You can reach Ormanya in 5 minutes, Maşukiye in 10 minutes and Sapanca in 15 minutes by car. Relax on the front and rear verandas, with a specially designed heated outdoor swimming pool. Hammocks, a fire pit and a barbecue area in the garden are ideal for pleasant times.

Our place is the only bungalow with a completely sheltered nature view in 5 acres of garden in the Eşmeahmediye neighborhood of Kartepe Loft floor double bed Two separate rooms for one person downstairs Lounge for single A baby for 5 adults can stay. We have underfloor heating,air conditioning and a fireplace stove. Our kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 3x6 hot pool,barbecue and fire pit in our garden, and we have a generator to avoid being affected by the power outage. We are only accepting groups of Family,girls and boys.

Eşme is 800 metres from the city center. 10 minutes to the center of Maşukiye and 10 minutes to Sapanca center and 15 minutes to Forestry.
