This memorable getaway will allow you to reconnect with nature. A three-story farmhouse in a two-acre lush garden, all yours. It's completely covered in grass with fruit trees, a vegetable garden, and a surrounded pool area with about 15 species of trees and plants. The treehouse in the garden, basketball court and trampoline with safety net provide the ideal environment for families with children and sports fans. You can use the large patio or seating groups in the garden according to your preference.

Our detached villa is 40 meters above Sapanca lake and has a lake view and heated pool. We also have a patio and fireplaces for the house. Eşme is 800 metres from the city center. 10 minutes to the center of Maşukiye and 10 minutes to Sapanca center and 15 minutes to Forestry.
