Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Serra de Tramuntana

Our stay was incredible. We had everything we could possibly need and were pleased to find the house with more space than expected. The location can not be described. Peaceful. Views i couldn't imagine right from the balcony. Gloria had quick and friendly communication throughout. Close to hikes and ocean. Will stand out as the most magical stay in all of our travels. Highly highly recommend!!

Pedro’s place in Palma was wonderful. It was easy to find and felt like home. It was spacious and clean and we loved the backyard and the place. Washrooms were clean and so were the bedrooms. Pedro was quite helpful and responsive and was a great host. We would definitely recommend!

Alejandra’s place was just as described, very clean and in a great location. When we had any questions at all Alejandra was very quick to respond. She made great recommendations and she felt like family. So sweet and funny! Would return. Near hiking and all the shops and restaurants.

This is a fantastic house in the most spectacular village of Mallorca. Full of character, loads of space, quirky design and lovely extras. Patricia is an amazing host and always responded to our questions with recommendations. I could not recommend this place higher enough. Note, it’s a bit of a walk to the car park so best to arrive in the evening or early morning to avoid the summer heat.

Let me just start with saying that Analia was wonderful as a host. Super communicative, there was never a time where I didn't feel I could not reach her. Her house is just so beautiful and great use of all the rooms. We traveled with my 9 month old baby and she had set up a wonderful crib, high chair and bouncy chair for him. I soooo appreciated that! The location of house is PERFECT, you're literally in the center of things, but at the same time it is not loud or too much noise. Would have loved to stay longer, so hopefully we can again in the future. 100% recommend staying at Analia's place :)

We loved it. Stayed here on our mother-daughter holiday. Great hikes from the door - both short and long, easy and more challenging. The house is very special. We'd both live there if we could! Beautiful and breezy with lots of windows, clean, comfortable. Gorgeous leafy courtyard to sit in, and a balcony too. Beds were very comfy, the bedlinens were really lovely cotton. Pots and pans, plates and glasses, cutlery and cooking tools, corkscrew, lemon juicer, and grater - it had everything! Honestly can't think of a bad thing to say about our stay. Maria is friendly and helpful - we both really liked her. She gave us lots of interesting and useful info about the house, the village, and local walks.

We had wonderful days , were able to relax and enjoy the tranquility, at the same time you were quickly in a city for errands. The finca is lovingly furnished and has almost everything. - from Netflix to a sweet bathroom. For absolute happiness, only two larger glasses were missing - so a luxury problem😎 highly recommended!

This was one of the most tranquil, beautiful and scenic stays I've ever had. Tomeu is an utter gentle-man: kind, patient, helpful, responsive. The unit on his and Joana's property is simply adorable, with a nice size bathroom (and great shower!) and kitchen (vs the common tiny bathrooms & kitchens in many small Spanish pisos & casitas). The bed is firm which I love. Slept like a baby every night. The neighborhood, nestled in the Tramuntana mountains, is stunning and so quiet but for the sounds of birds and a far-off rooster in the morning. I would definately stay again (esp now that I know how to work the front door, which takes a bit of finesse).

We had a great vacation at Maria’s apartment in Alcudia. The description matched just fine and the flat was in pristine condition. One major plus is the view from the huge balcony. You can even see Menorca whenever the weather is clear enough. Everything you could possibly need for your stay is 5 minutes of walking at max so the location of the flat is awesome. Excellent location. Apartment very clean. Instructions regarding location and how access were clear and communication with the host was very easy. Would recommend.

Everything was very good. We had a problem with the washing machine, Miguel was pending at all times until the problem was resolved. The house is very nice, beautiful view. Highly recommended

We enjoyed every second of our stay in this beautiful apartment. It was immaculate, spacious, beautifully presented and in the perfect location, close to the beach, cafes, restaurants, port and lots more. We particularly enjoyed spending the evenings on the private balcony watching the world go by. Sebastia was brilliant with communication and check in/ check out was really easy and straight forward. We travelled with our eight-month old baby and Sebastia seamlessly provided a cot and high chair at no extra charge which saved us a lot of hassle needing to arrange / bring with us. Could not recommend this apartment more! We hope to return soon. Thanks for a great stay.

Absolutely loved our stay. The host greeted us at arrival and explained the house etc. had lots of information ready. He responded to questions and requests within 5 minutes he was extremely helpful with arranging transportation and giving directions etc. I would love to return to this home. It was 15 mins walk into town closer to grocery stores and local restaurants.

We had an absolutely fantastic long weekend in Mallorca, largely thanks to Ed & Wayne’s wonderful apartment. It’s fully equipped with everything you could need and located in a truly stunning spot in Port de Sóller – waking up to the view over the bay was pure joy. Everything was perfectly taken care of, and communication was smooth and warm. Highly recommended!

It is a beautiful accommodation, which is quietly located and yet everything in the village can be easily reached on foot. In 5 minutes you are in the harbor where there is also the possibility to go swimming. Everything you need is available in the apartment, we felt very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at Mirjams apartment from the beginning to the very end of our stay. The beach is just a few steps away and the view from the balcony is great. The Jacuzzi on the rooftop is a highlight where we chilled out after our long walks on the beach. Can absolutely recommend Mirjam’s place 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Perfect location with a fantastic view. Airbnb is exactly as it looks in the photos. The balcony is great and somehow has some shade all day long, making it easy to enjoy the views without getting roasted by the sun. Beautiful beach right outside the door, and the Airbnb has two beach loungers and umbrellas. Perfect for front row enjoyment of the crystal clear water! Irina was very responsive. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. Kitchen has all the dishes you could want, plus new appliances. The sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable. The sofa bed in the bedroom has a dip in the mattress, so not as comfortable. I would stay here again.

We chose this lovely place for the second time because of the great location, the great terrace and proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. Toni welcomed us very hospitably, was always available and above all it made it possible for us to check in much earlier. We will be back for sure, provided that the apartment becomes available. We can recommend the property to everyone!

The location was great and within walking distance of local shops, cafes and the town centre. The accommodation itself was spacious, light and airy, comfortable, well equipped, and with great views towards the mountains. The town of Sóller is lovely and well located to other parts of the island via public transport, and the tram to the Port of Soller is a great experience, so too the train journey through the mountains to Palma.

The home is spacious and very well appointed and supplied. The view from the terrace is unmatched. An extra bonus is the garden above the main level in the back of the property. The private parking space was an extra benefit, even though getting in and out of it could be a little tricky

Maxim was very communicative leading up to my stay and kept me updated on check in as I arrive long before the usual check in time. He made sure I could get in early and his son Akim checked me in and showed me around the apartment which was great! Both were very friendly, helpful and great hosts. Would definitely recommend!

Xisco made it very easy to find the apartment and he was very easy to contact if needed. We stayed for four weeks and he sent a couple of texts just to check everything was ok. Very enjoyable stay, 5 minutes walk to the beach and about 4, to the large Eroski supermarket

This place is just beautiful! The sea view from the balcony or the roof terrace is breathtaking! The apartment is in the heart of the village and at the same time on the beach. It's really great :-) There is a stockroom with many beach games, parasols, 2 good quality inflatable paddles and several bicycles. In addition, the host provides beach throws. They've thought of everything! There are two small grocery stores/markets in the village. It is therefore possible to find everything to cook, but a detour to the nearby village of Antrax is really worth it for more choice and better prices. (Euroski market).
