At Borgo Le Palaie, you can immerse yourself in the landscape of the Florentine hills among cypresses and olive trees, enjoy the view, and visit important vineyards and wineries just a short distance away. You can easily get there by car (including a reserved parking space for guests) or by bus, which is 300 meters away.

Poggiolieto is on the hills just 10 minutes far by car from the Historical center of Florence. The Property is a typical Tuscan country house surrounded by olive trees. The Suite is a flat apartment (bedroom, living room with a sofa bed, bathroom and kitchen). Swimming pool in spring and summer time; private parking. The house is in a strategic location to be close enough for visiting Firenze's artistic city centre, but be in the peace of the countryside at home with garden and swimming pool.

La Terrazza is a lovely apartment with a magnificent view of the hills of Settignano. Perfect for enjoying a less chaotic stay than the streets of the historic center and for experiencing the tranquility of the place. You will then find a double room and a living area overlooking the exclusive terrace, a bathroom with washing machine and an equipped kitchen. The historic center can be easily reached in about 15 minutes by bus number 10, which stops a hundred meters from the house.

It accommodates up to 4 guests and it disposes of a kitchen, a spacious living area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and… a cosy private garden! “Pallina” is a nickname we use in our family since generations!

The Terrace

The Terrace is formed by a double-room in two floors, recently completely renovated and decorated with style. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.
