The apartment is in Settignano - the closest hill to the city - just ten minutes away by car (or 15 minutes by bus) from the center of Florence. It accommodates up to 4 guests and it disposes of a kitchen, a spacious living area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and… a cosy private garden! “Pallina” is a nickname we use in our family since generations!

Poggiolieto is on the hills just 10 minutes far by car from the Historical center of Florence. The property is a tipical Tuscan country house surrounded by olive trees. The Studio is a two levels open space apartment; swimming pool in spring and summer time; private parking. The house is in a strategic location to be close enough for visiting Firenze's artistic city centre, but be in the peace of the countryside at home with garden and swimming pool.

It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.
