Thank you Victoria x Such an amazing place , me and my partner travel a lot but she has really mastered the hospitality. Everything was clean and thought of. She was very responsive and helpful to all my questions. Im so sad i didnt get to write on the feedback book 😪 andd omggg i loved the homemade breaddd , it was to die for i ate almost all of it myself 🤣 Very much recommended !

We had a wonderful stay at Karen’s place! The house is beautifully renovated, cozy, and had everything we needed. The instructions were clear, and it was very easy to find. It’s in a perfect location to explore the area — from Canterbury to Dover to Sandwich, everything was within easy reach. We truly felt at home and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

A lovely place to stay when visiting Kent..handy to so many interesting spots. The cottage was very well presented and we were very comfortable. Loved being able to sit outside looking at the garden and enjoying the ambience. Anne was a delightful host .

For a little getaway into the NE Kent countryside this place was perfect for us. We stayed in the stable and they also have the granary. They gave us a lovely welcome box of goodies, even asking in advance about our preferences. It is relatively small but feels spacious as they have used the available space really well. The outside table and chairs must be in a sheltered sun trap at some part of the day though rain was more a feature of our visit; we were staying as had a family wedding to attend at nearby Preston Court Farm (walkable). A point to note is that if supremely tall then the upstairs here may prove tricky; I’m 6’ (1.82m) but found it ok for me without having to bend. The place had everything we needed for a relaxing stay and the wifi was excellent. The hosts were spot on to deal with from booking to leaving. We would happily return but, then again, there’s still so many more oarts of the country to explore! Great stay, thanks. Lyndon and Jo
