This is our second stay at Livia’s Annexe and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed again. Livia is always very communicative and responsive to messages and very friendly. The annexe is well thought out and has all the amenities that you need. Livia has gone the extra mile with all the extras (tea/coffee/hair dryer/shower gel etc.) which does not go unnoticed. The annexe is warm and cosy and furnished beautifully. The on-drive parking outside the annexe is perfect. The neighbourhood is quiet and the property itself is very easy to find. We will definitely be booking again in the future as it is an absolutely wonderful place to stay.

Tammy and Jon were so friendly from the start and quite flexible with a few things that I asked them - such as storing my bike during my stay. They had some works going in the house which must have made hosting extra difficult for them but for me everything went well, and my stay was rather smooth and enjoyable. Location was so nice too! What a lovely neighbourhood near the lake and there’s a groceries shop at a convenient 5min walk (or less). I would definitely recommend this stay. Thank you Tammy and Jon for such a lovely time 🙏🏼
