Lovely Spanish casita nestled on a quiet dead end road in West Hollywood/Laurel Canyon. Beautifully decorated and well appointed. Very clean and comfortable space for our party of five, children & adults mixed. Serene and functional outdoor spaces to enjoy the beautiful California weather. Parking our SUV in driveway was challenging but possible.

Our stay was amazing! The host were very accommodating and friendly! Everything was as described and the home was beautiful had so many essentials which made our stay comfortable! Home is super cozy we can’t wait to stay again soon!

This place was perfect for our family vacation! Close to everything we wanted to do including Universal Studios! There was plenty of room to decompress after a busy day! We would definitely stay here again when in the area:)

Andy was very easy to contact and was always happy to answer any questions to help at any time. His house is spacious and comfortable on a nice and quiet street. There is plenty of parking whether in the driveway or on the street. Thank you for the great stay Andy

This is an adorable cottage in a convenient and quiet West Hollywood neighborhood. Checking in and checking out were extremely easy. The cottage also had everything you could need in terms of amenities.

I have been traveling to LA since a decade but never experienced this view. Living in the Hills in Lily’s home was great. Extremely peaceful and serene. You can work, relax, meditate, do everything in this beautiful home overlooking the city. It’s like the city talks to you at sundown/night. Stayed here with my family and had a great time.

Amazing place. Jax was such an amazing host and very friendly and responsive whenever we had questions or needed recommendations. The house is in a very convenient area of the Hollywood Hills and had a very convenient driveway for us to use. Had amazing views and everything in the house operated perfectly. Comfortable beds, and kitchen had most utensils and stuff you would need. I do want to clarify just for future people looking to rent this property as I had some confusion prior to booking on whether it was a house or an apartment since the listing name states it as a “penthouse”. It indeed is a house and is not in a building or anything like that, which was perfect and more so what we were looking for. Very quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors whenever we encountered them. I highly recommend Jax and his home! 5 Stars. Thank You!

The property was in the hills of Topanga Canyon. Quiet except for the bird symphony. Beautiful surroundings and very private. Lynn was extremely accessible and house was clean and well equipped. I'll be back soon!

MK is a fantastic host! Her place is in a wonderful, central location that allows you to easily get around LA which is saying a lot as LA can be a tough city to get around in. The home matched the description and photos. MK was very accommodating, flexible, kind, and responsive - thank you for a great stay!

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

Sara was incredible!! She was able to accommodate us for a week super last-minute (same day booking). Additionally, she made us feel extremely welcomed as she left a personal welcome note and even surprised me with flowers and a cupcake for my birthday!! I was away from my family so that made me feel extra welcomed! The neighborhood is beautiful and super close to shopping and restaurants! Sara was very responsive and was more than happy to give us great recommendations for things to do around the area. The space is super comfortable, clean and quiet! And the pool was just the cherry on top!! My favorite part was meeting her and her adorable puppy at the end of our stay! I cannot recommend her place enough. We will be back for sure!

Julia is an incredible host. From the time we booked her home, she was very hospitable and did everything to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend her place to anyone wanting to visit LA. Great location with local restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The guesthouse has private parking which makes it feel like you’re in a separate area. Perfect place for 1-2 people with writing / work space in case you need it.

Basic and minimal, but clean, quiet, comfortable, and very convenient location. Was warm out (high 70s / low 80s) with no A/C, but with the window open and fan going it was cool and comfortable.

Absolutely LOVED our stay here. Very unique, sort of like stepping back in time a bit, in a good way. Angela was super helpful and communicated to make sure our arrival and everything went smooth. Everything we needed to be comfortable was there and the house was in perfect order. My favorite part here was the backyard, I'm seriously considering coming to stay again, just so I can study in the backyard!

Loved the bungalow and the location was perfect. Host was very responsive when I asked for ice as it was a scorcher the day I arrived. Will stay again next time in LA.

Thanks for letting us stay! Staying in the guest house was very peaceful and quiet. It was just we needed for a nights rest. Bed was comfy and loved the little kitchen. I would definitely stay here again ! Didn’t have time to enjoy the pool and patio, but it looked great!

We had a great stay at Mykie’s place! The home was clean and comfortable . What really stood out, though, was Mykie’s kindness and responsiveness. After we checked out and got to the airport, my friend realized she had left her AirPods behind. Mykie found them and went out of his way to ship them back to us—such a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. Highly recommend staying here, not just for the space but for the incredible host!
