We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with easy access to everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were super easy, which made the whole experience even smoother. One of the highlights was playing video games with my family, it brought back so many childhood memories and created new ones we’ll always treasure. Shay was an amazing host friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We had a fantastic stay. We wished we could have stayed longer. The beds were super comfy. The shower was incredible, very hot water, and great water pressure. Had an absolutely wonderful time at Max’s house. Had the opportunity to celebrate my sisters engagement with her and her fiancé’s family and hers and my family and it was the perfect place to do so! We all could sit around the fire and enjoy the wonderful features of this house. We felt very safe staying there, the cameras provide an extra level of safety and security but also a good vibe regarding the surrounding neighbors who were also just out enjoying themselves on a beautiful weekend. Max was extremely responsive and proactive to information I might need. I was EXTREMELY blown away by the basement and how much room the house appeared to have, despite the appearance on the outside. There was plenty of room and it didn’t feel too cramped with the amount of people we had staying there (14). Amazing neon decorations in every room made it picture perfect and cozy! Thank you Max for letting us stay and everyone in my family would happily recommend this house to anyone!

Exactly what we were looking for for a group of 8! There was more than enough space for everyone. The neighborhood was safe and nice. The house was clean and Kathryn was a great host. Deserved a 5 star review and I would recommend it!

Nice little space, well kept and vey clean. Thought it was going to be closer to the restaurants on Tennyson street, couldn’t walk there. Guess that was my fault for not researching the location. Overall very happy with the space.

Michael and Jamie were perfect hosts! The house was lovely and clean and had plenty of space for our family of eight. They both were very helpful and quickly responded to our questions and supplied very good information on the area and our airport transfers. We had everything we needed and would highly recommend this property!!

We came up here from East Texas for a death in the family and they made us feel right at home. It was the perfect place and close to family. Thank y’all for taking care of our needs during our stay. Hopefully we can return soon

I was in town to visit a long time friend who happened to live within walking distance. Diane & John’s place was perfect for my visit. Everything was very clean and tidy. The space was well appointed and organized. The bed was comfortable and the entire space relaxing. I also appreciated the fact that I was not expected to do a lot of cleanup.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. The location was perfect and the neighborhood is fairly quiet. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking to visit Denver!

My father and I had an incredible stay here! Tamara was very kind and so were the home hosts. A big plus to see all the sweet dogs they were taking care of while we were there. We would recommend this place to anyone!

Great place to stay at and affordable for the area. If I had to pick the best thing, I would say that the hosts were wonderful to work with! Instructions were clear and everything is laid out in the apartment. They were super responsive to all of my questions and were willing to accommodate my personal situation. The place is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The location is convenient with many good restaurants. Caden is very responsive to our needs as the shower's drain was needed attention and it was fixed asap. We really appreciate her help. The shower was great after the fix. I highly recommend this place to others.

I absolutely loved this Airbnb in Denver! The space was cozy, stylish, and immaculately clean. The location was perfect—an uber shot close to great restaurants, breweries, and downtown, yet in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The host was thoughtful and responsive, and every detail felt intentional, from the comfortable bed to the prompt responses . I’d definitely stay here again!

The host was really good with communication and always responded very quickly. The Airbnb was beautiful and exactly as described. It was very easy to walk to Empower Field. The parking garage was small, but other than that it was a great!!

The stay was very nice. Clean apartment and had all the amenities we needed. The only complaint would be that the mattress was quite firm.

Gregory's place is the perfect, quiet getaway in Boulder. It had everything I needed and more. My favorite part is the location as it's located to some awesome hiking trails and amazing views of the mountains. There are two grocery stores a quick walk away along with coffee shops and more. Gregory is quick to respond and very helpful in accommodating his guests. I will definitely stay here again if I need a place in Boulder!

Surrounded by shops and restaurants, it was the ideal base to explore Denver. The apartment itself is thoughtfully and stylishly decorated, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. You can really feel the personal touch the owners have put into the space—it feels less like a rental and more like a warm, welcoming home. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the hosts provided clear and helpful information not only about the flat but also about the neighborhood and the city. Heather was especially kind—always quick to respond and available for any questions we had, which made us feel very well taken care of. All in all, we truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return. Thank you for a lovely stay!
