About 8 minutes on foot from JR Kyoto Station Central Exit (Kyoto Tower side), 30 minutes by new express train to Osaka, 60 minutes by train to Nara, and excellent access to sightseeing spots in Kyoto! From the bus stop, which is a 2-minute walk from the accommodation, you can also access sightseeing spots in Kyoto by bus.(205 to Kinkakuji Temple, 206, etc.) The building of about 53 square meters has been renovated in 2021. This is a renovated Kyomachi house near Gojo-zaka. A 100-year-old Kyomachi house has been transformed into a guest house where you can enjoy the atmosphere of the good old days. It is a luxurious natural material renovation that uses diatomaceous earth with deodorizing and humidity regulating effects, and unpolluted materials such as hinoki cypress and cedar, with attention to detail in the finish. The whole ceiling is covered with cypress, and the pillars, frames, and baseboards are also made of cypress, creating a space filled with the comfort of real natural materials and the scent of cypress. It is located in the Kiyomizu-dera Temple area, about 6 minutes on foot from Exit 4 of Kiyomizu-Gojō Station on the Keihan Line, near Kiyomizu-dera Temple, one of Kyoto's most famous tourist destinations.
