Fiona and Peter's place was a wonderful base for exploring the absolutely beautiful area and enjoying the Hay Festival. A 30 min drive from the festival site, it was perfect for us. The flat is cosy and convenient, the surroundings beautiful and peaceful. We loved spending time in the grounds and meeting the pigs, goats and cat. thank you so much for a lovely stay!

Great place good location. It can get very warm if it’s a sunny day a bit like a summerhouse. it is a great place lovely setting definitely go back.

Nick's apartment is the perfect base for exploring Bridgnorth and the local area. It is spotless, cosy, beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped. Communication was quick and easy and the location was just as described. We enjoyed exploring Bridgnorth and found great places to eat within easy walking distance. I have no hesitation in recommending this lovely flat.

Perfect location for exploring the area. It is also within walking distance (less then 2 minutes) from the town centre where there are plenty of pubs and restaurants. The apartment overlooks a beautiful park and you'll get visited by the ducks in the morning. The got tub is a very welcome extra after a long day. The hosts are fantastic, easy to contact, any questions are answered quickly, comprehensive instructions and very friendly. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you'll need. Great value for money. We will be back

Fantastic place to stay, absolutely loved it. As a solo female I felt really safe and secure and I loved the views out of all of the windows really beautiful. I’d love to stay again and would recommend it to anyone!

We had a wonderful stay at Jacky’s apartment “The Chauffeur’s Loft.” Jacky was friendly, making sure we had all the information we might need and our check in was smooth. When we arrived Jacky had provided a very generous welcome hamper full of essentials and delicious goodies which was much appreciated and very kind. The apartment itself was clean and bright. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had all the basic equipment needed. The views over the valley from the apartment were beautiful. Our little dog enjoyed the garden when she wasn’t exhausted after all the fabulous walks straight from the doorstep. The various routes to Ironbridge were all lovely and the town itself has lots of lovely little independent shops. All in all we had a great stay and would recommend staying in Jacky’s apartment. Thank you!

We spent the weekend at Claire’s place to catch up with friends at a nearby gathering. The apartment is lovely—very clean and well-equipped, with a perfect location for exploring Birmingham and everything it has to offer. There is plenty of parking available nearby, and New Street Station is about a 15-minute walk away. Accessing the apartment was straightforward, and a helpful video provided guidance for entry. Communication was excellent; we even received a call on the first day to check that everything was okay.

Fantastic host 👍. Arrived 15minutes before checkin and was warmly welcomed by Michael and his wife who showed me round and explained everything. There was even milk in the fridge, porridge packets and pan-au-chocolate’s as well as tea and coffee, could not have wished for more. Parking was great, off-road on their shared drives and entry and exit was problem free. As the property is self contained leaving and coming back was simple and I could come and go anytime. The property was spotlessly clean and tidy, fresh bedding and towels and a lovely shower in the bathroom. Absolutely spot on👏👏👏 highly recommend this spot as an excellent base for a few days fishing or to explore the town and surrounding countryside. Not only close to the river, but close enough to Bridgnorth to easily walk to the shops, restaurants and pubs. Overall brilliant 👍👏🌟

We have just returned from a week in Dalemore Cottage and could not have wished for more. The cottage itself is set in the most glorious location and the inside is just as good. Comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and beautifully furnished. Pru and Chris were the most welcoming of hosts and Pru’s home cooked meal service was excellent, I even asked for some of the recipes. If you are looking for a quiet spot, in a fabulous location with excellent hosts this is the place for you.

My brothers second stay here, cannot recommend it highly enough such a convenient location for the town and a wonderful space. Lovely location for canal walks and restaurants in town. The house is beautiful and so well maintained and has everything you need. John and Alison are the perfect hosts and nothing is too much trouble. They respond to messages quickly and it was lovely to meet them this time too! I’m sure if my brother comes back in the next couple of years we will look to book again.

Great location and communication from host

Just got back from a 3 day stay at this lovely cottage. The location is exactly what was needed. Tranquil, Peaceful and Quiet. We travelled as a couple with a 3 year old and a dog. The garden was big and allowed the dog to roam about without too much worry (other than the stream at the end of the garden). The cows in the next field made for the countryside experience! There are many things to go see and visit in the local area and further like the Lake Vernwyn or Pistyll Rhaeadr waterfall with hikes and walks. The cottage itself is beautiful and you can see the effort and heart that went into the renovation. It has a homely and cosy feel with everything you need for a stay. We would 100% stay again and would recoup anyone looking for an authentic Welsh countryside break to look no further than Chapel Cottage.

We had the most wonderful weeklong stay at the School House. The home is exactly as described on the listing. Very clean, well appointed kitchen and a great location to walk into town via the river path. Communication was great with the managers of the property. We saw the owners, who live in the front house, quite a bit during the week, both were extremely friendly and warm. Would absolutely recommend the School House to anyone visiting Shrewsbury.

Krystena was a fab host, so helpful and friendly. The house was lush and exactly what we needed. The kitchen space was amazing for us to socialise and loved the hot tub.

The Woodshed was absolutely beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. Our host was incredibly kind, thoughtful and we truly enjoyed the delicious cake. If you’re looking for a cozy and unforgettable stay, just pack your bag and head to this Woodshed . It’s truly worth every penny. We had such a lovely time and would definitely come back!

Lucy was really friendly and helpful, answering questions quickly. She was there to check us in and explain everything, and provided some helpful tips. Its a great location within walking distance of the cathedral and town centre, and several restaurants and pubs. The flat itself is clean, comfortable and has everything we needed, it was also very quiet. Bathroom was very good with a great shower. Car can be parked in a secure underground car park which is accessed by a lift. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend and are likely to stay again next year.

Very nice flat, exactly as described. Backyard is on the Worcester-Birmingham canal, which was the attraction for me. There is a table and chairs for sitting out and watching canal boats and waterfowl pass by. The train is adjacent to the canal and trains pass by several times an hour during the day with some at night too. I actually enjoy the train traffic, but with the doors/windows closed there is no train noise. Kitchen is adequately supplied for just about any cooking. Bathroom is typically small, but the shower was great with steady flow of hot water. There is plenty of parking, numerous grocery stores and restaurants are within a short walk. I thoroughly enjoyed my 12-day stay.

Absolutely amazing!! Very chilled place, very relaxing. Everything was clean! I would definitely stay again! Lovely friendly host too. Nothing negative to say, it was amazing from check in until I left. :)

Bethan has a lovely place, we really enjoyed it, and the secret garden looking out over the Dee. She also provided Bread, milk and Butter to get us going. Good host, would recommend.

We had such a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The host was welcoming and quick to respond to any questions. What truly made this stay unforgettable was the location — right beside the river. Waking up to the peaceful view of the water each morning was absolutely magical. It felt like a perfect retreat, yet still close to great cafes, restaurants, and public transport. I couldn’t have asked for a better balance of nature and convenience. Would definitely stay here again!

we love staying at Christopher's apartment, we must have stayed 4 or 5 times before. we feel right at home here the space is huge and has everything you could ever need in a brilliant location. also super handy for a delicious breakfast downstairs in the cafe. thanks for having us again, we'll be back.
