Holiday studio Welpdal is located in the beautiful Limburg hills. In a former stable, we have realized a studio with living/sleeping space, kitchen with combi-oven, induction hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, all necessary kitchen materials and a bathroom with toilet, rain shower and vanity unit. 10 minutes from Valkenburg and Gulpen and 15 minutes from Maastricht, this studio is still quite central but quietly located. Wonderful hiking and biking routes can be reached from the studio

Aangename studio op de begane grond in het centrum van Valkenburg te huur. De studio is gelegen aan de voet van de Daalhemerweg, dicht bij de ruïne en enkele stappen verwijderd van de Cauberg. In de buurt vind je vele gezellige restaurantjes en terrasjes. De studio heeft een tweepersoonsbed en een tweepersoons slaapbank. Er is een opbergruimte voor fietsen. Fietsen, wandelen, terras, lekker eten, alles is mogelijk in Valkenburg. Een bezoek aan Maastricht, Aken of Luik is een aanrader!

It is a cozy apartment for two people located in Meerssen. The apartment is located in a wooded area where you can enjoy hiking and cycling, there is also a nice and neat outdoor swimming pool just a 5-minute walk away that can be visited by entrance. It is an 8-minute walk to Meerssen station and a 10-minute walk to the beautiful centre where various restaurants and cafes are located. Furthermore, Maastricht, Valkenburg and Aachen are easily accessible nearby.

This historic carrë farmhouse is located between Klimmen and the cozy Valkenburg. The old hayloft is now a spacious holiday apartment on the second floor. Very complete and high-quality furnishings. On the first floor, a sheltered garden with terrace is available. The farm where you are a guest is a dairy farm, you can take a look at the cows. For the enthusiasts, we serve fresh milk and eggs. This holiday home can be combined with the farm of Heerehoeve 4 pers.

B&B "in the Land of Kalk". Feeling the outdoors

Renovated farmhouse with barn anno 1901, used to be known as the "Little Pastory". The name of the B&B “in the Land of Kalk” refers to the various lime ovens nearby. An old Kundersteen quarry from bygone times, is 200m from our B&B. Voerendaal is the gate of the Limburg hills. The walks are magnificent. For cyclists, the routes are a Walhalla. The Amstel Gold Race and Limburgs Mooiste are one of the most well-known cycling rounds that come past our backyard.

Hoeve ‘ Rooth (Newly renovated Luxury Loft)

The monumental Hoeve 't Rooth is located 10 minutes from Maastricht and Valkenburg, on top of the Bemelerberg, in the Limburg hill country. You enter the 100m2 studio via its own driveway and entrance. A combination of modern convenience and original elements from the building from 1729 provide a historic and romantic place. This is the location to enjoy the Limburg landscape in peace. Do you still want to go to the city for a day? It is only 10 minutes away.

You can enjoy a delicious breakfast with various homemade products. Because of its location, Hoeve de Bies is the ideal base for exploring the beautiful surroundings. So you can shop, get culture in Valkenburg and Maastricht. In addition, there are beautiful cycling and hiking trails to explore the Heuvelland.
