It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

This modern first-floor studio is just 25 m from the sea. It features a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, stove, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher), a bathroom with shower, air conditioning, and free WiFi. The living area has a pull-out couch, dining table, chairs, and a Smart TV with Netflix. Enjoy sea views from the terrace. Private parking is included, and a BBQ is available on request. The nearest beach is approx. 150 m away—perfect for a stylish seaside stay.

Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

We offer the possibility of a trip with our speedboat or the possibility of renting a speedboat if you have a driving license.
