The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).

The house is centrally located in the beautiful mountain village of Ftan (1650 meters above sea level). The flat has its own entrance. 1 parking space (free) is available below the house. Our guests also have free Wi-Fi access. In the living area, TV is available.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and large groups for family celebrations.

Cozy apartment in old Engadine house with historic bedroom (formerly courtroom) at the village fountain square, not far from the store, train station and restaurant. Ideal starting point for hikes, bike rides and snow sports. Farm products such as cheese, eggs and honey can be purchased from the host. Breakfast can be obtained on request.
