The hosts were amazing and friendly! They provided clear instructions how to get to the airbnb. The place itself is immaculate! Clean, modern and has an amazing view! Highly recommend to anyone!

The room is clean and comfortable. There’s plenty of hot water and the heating is strong. The landlord is very friendly and responds quickly. I had a pleasant stay!

We're not sure where to begin, but Bettina's spot in Innsbruck was the home for our visit. Nestled at the top of the city near Nordkette, you are seeing breathtaking views each moment of the day. Alongside this, you are right next to the mountain gondola that can take you all the way to the top or down to the city below. On top of this, the home was excellent. Modern appliances, large space, and perfect for a couple getaway, we enjoyed resting in this place between all of our travels. Lastly, this place wouldn't be as good as it is without the kindness from Bettina and Jason. We met them both on our first day there, and Bettina gave us a great tour of the home, and offered to help us with anything we needed. She provided great recommendations in the city for us, and it was nice to know we had a local source for things to do! I couldn't recommend this place enough if you are traveling through Innsbruck. Thank you, Bettina!

It was the best stay we have ever had. We were greeted by Tobias, give us a short tour of the house. The house was clean and well organised. Our stay also included with free bus ride. Need to give a shout out to Tob who even gave us a lift to the train station when we checked out. Highly recommended place whoever exploring the nearby attractions.

We had a wonderful time at Kichl's Homebase. It all worked out from front to back. Anni and Bernd were super friendly, always available and accommodating. The apartment is super clean and modernly furnished. I just say arrive and feel good. After a long day of hiking, we even got freshly baked cakes. We can recommend the accommodation 100% and will definitely come back. Thank you dear Anni and Bernd for letting us spend such a great time with you.

Simon's house exceeded our expectations. It was not only very lovingly and high-quality furnished, but also sparkling clean. We immediately felt at home. Communication with Simon was quick and smooth. He was always there when we had questions and kindly provided us with a shelter for our car when heavy hail was forecast. The area is very quiet, the house has a really good and inviting energy due to the large amount of wood. From Großweil, you can easily reach all the beautiful lakes or hiking trails. There is also a small supermarket in the village and in Murnau there are also larger markets, if you need more. We longed for rest and quiet this week and got just that. The house and surroundings are beautiful. We had plenty of room and were very comfortable. The host’s were friendly, responsive, and helpful. They were 6 of us on business trip and we all hope to come back with our families!

Amazing apartment in a quiet location. Parking space available for guests if you’re traveling by car and the place is brand new, very clean and modern, the only small downside for us personally was the smart home system. A little tricky to manage if you’re not tech savvy :) also a microwave would be useful. Overall a perfect find if you want to hike around Tyrol and stay close to Innsbruck.

Great accommodation in Schliersee with a great host. We felt very well taken care of. Rainer was always there for us when we had questions. Great amenities of the apartment. Everything perfect. Would love to come back anytime.

Wonderful apartment with a view of Neuschwanstein and deer in the grass field. Good base for sightseeing and walks through the hills

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

we stayed with 3 people in the apartment. The sofa bed with topper is a great place to sleep for the 3rd and possibly 4th person. Everything is present in the apartment and it is very clean. A perfect stay for skiing in Seefeld. Also nice base for hiking in the karwendel area. Jan responds quickly and is friendly. Great price-quality ratio.

We had a great stay, the apartment is equipped with everything you need and was very clean. Kitchen and bathroom are very small, but it fits two people. The area is nice and quiet and good for activities in the mountains. Thank you for the nice stay 😊

A lovely place to stay to explore the alps. It was great to be able to open the back door onto the garden and a lovely view.
