Good house perfect for one or two people Extra fee to purchase secondary room ( room with white bed ) and need that room for the bathroom to be unlocked. Overall good host. Just make sure to check the listing and book both rooms if you need two rooms.

Miguel's place is wonderful. This is our second time staying here because of how great it is. Super clean, lots of amenities and small touches that make all the difference. Beautiful gardens/pathway. Easy to check-in and check-out. Literally perfect!

We enjoyed our stay. We left early and returned late and never felt we were imposing. Hardly heard our hosts. We appreciated the reserved parking space off the street. Plenty of towels. We were there to help our oldest son and his family celebrate 8th grade and 12th grade graduations and it proved a peaceful retreat about 10 minutes from their place. Perfect. The full kitchen allowed us to do some preparations and do some storage of food dishes for a grad party for 60 people when our son's refrigerator would hold no more. Again, perfect. The Simi Valley location was beautiful. A special feature were all of the peacocks around the yard, house and neighborhood. They were so cute! And there’s a really good Italian restaurant just down the street!
