Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac adjacent to open farmland and the source of the River Alt, this self-contained flatlet comprise a double bedroom, lounge (with sofa-bed) and bathroom with in-bath shower on the upstairs floor over my downstairs home-office space. Un-shared access to the kitchen downstairs with fridge, cooker, microwave and kettle, utensils and crockery. Bus stop for buses to Liverpool and Merseyrail Station is just 300 yards up the road. Regret adults only and no pets.

Ours is a large semi-detached Victorian house, conveniently located close to Ormskirk town centre, Edge Hill University and Ormskirk railway station (trains every 15 minutes to Liverpool). There are three large double bedrooms with use of a guest bathroom and a sitting room available all day. A large kitchen is available for shared use. Breakfast is provided on a self-serve basis. There is a garden where it is great to sit out, when the weather’s good.
