Our apartment is located above a restaurant so it requires that you climb stairs and unfortunately it is not wheel chair accessible.

This place was incredible. We came in town to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from Tech. It was everything that was pictured and more. Anyone coming to this part of Louisiana definitely needs to look into staying here. It was close to Ruston but still far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of the rolling hills. Drinking coffee overlooking the lake was a perfect way to start the day. The place had everything you needed and then some. Thanks for a wonderful place to spend with family.

Comfortable Urban Nest: 2BR Flat

The house was exactly as described on a quiet dead end street and the pictures accurately represent the rental. It was much more spacious than it appeared from the outside. It was very clean and uncluttered with comfortable furniture and bedding. The bedside lamps had plugs built into the base which was a nice touch. The driveway was a little rough due to tree roots that are at the surface of the ground but the overall parking space is quite large. My only complaint was there wasn’t enough washcloths for everyone. I booked a four night stay for three adults and there were only two washcloths available. Fortunately having a washer and dryer available remedied this problem but was a little inconvenient. It would have been nice to have more washcloths and towels. Overall, it was a great value for the price.

If you are looking for a place to stay while in the Ruston area THIS IS IT!! We stayed here while attending La Tech graduation and this was hands down better than any hotel we’ve stayed at in the area. This house is immaculate! Feels very luxe but welcoming and homey. The home is equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable and enjoy your stay. The host, Tracey is phenomenal! She quickly responded to all questions and had helpful notes posted for easy reference and instructions. This will definitely be our new home away from when in the area.
