Het huisje is gunstig gelegen, op een steenworp van het natuurgebied De Broekbeemt, Borgloon, Hasselt en Sint-Truiden. Er is de ook mogelijkheid om elektrische mountainbike te huren

This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The spacious , tastefully decorated apartment is on the third floor of our house from 1905, 7 minutes from the Vrijthof staying in an oasis of calm. You live with us in privacy. The second bedroom is the mezzanine in the living room, accessible with a rather steep but easy to walk miller staircase. Silence in the house between11.00 pm and 7.00 am. Of course, homecoming is allowed later than 11 pm. At arrival you must pay touristtaxes, €3,80 each a night.

Station Racour: spoorweghut Logement des Piocheurs

Next to the Racour station is the cottage of the piocheurs or railway workers. In the past, railway workers used this "barracks" to store their equipment, to eat their sandwiches or even to sleep. The 3-meter by 3-meter listed building was completely rebuilt in 2015 in wooden timber and masonry. It is now furnished as a comfortable hiker's hut for 2 people. Free bicycles are available to our guests!
